I think there is only two ways she can get Prem back
1) if she gets pregnant with Prem's kid....might be possible if Prem is really drunk.
2) If she finds another guy and Prem gets jealous
Personally I like #1 and a bit of #2...then prem will realise what he lost..and it'll be fun to see him jealous. If mukti gets preggie, Prem will definitly accept her and it'd be reall cute withhis ego in between
