Why doesnt Tushar like the idea of marriage?

What do you think? I mean in the West that's probably what one would conclude from Tushar's supposed prolonged single status and aversion to marriage with a woman. But can Indian viewers handle a gay character in primetime soap?

OMg u know i was thinking the same aswell...but then again i thoguht wud ekta mia show homosexualty..i dunno.......😕

I don't think even Ekta would go that far, she knows that the majority of her viewers are staunchly Indian and very very old-fashioned...such a step would be suicide for her...it may work in western tv shows, but not in something as mainstream as K serials...

i don't think she would do that, then all the moms would stop watching this show. u know what i mean shweta, it is way too radical of a change to portray on Indian prime time or Indian television period.

Plus it may have to do something with his past, so what really happened in his past? i am so confused. 😕

Yeah, I mean I would have appreciated watching a minority (gay) character in mainstream TV, but it would be suicide for her. Heck, even my parents are shocked by homosexuality!

I think he has a girlfriend...anyway Ekta had said she is not ready yet to experiment homosexuality...but who knows, but it could be a step forward in Indian Television.
