One good reason Mukti should forgive Prem - Page 4

she will obviously forgive him, but im hoping she doesnt. im not really a mukti-prem fan like most ppl here but im not anti them either. i really hope she doesnt forgive him though, some mistakes are just too grave and serious. even if he does eventually help her...so what? its good for him if he's changed, he can take that change to some other girl. mukti should shut the door on his ass.

Prem did not rape Mukti,they had consensual sex and Mukti knew what she was doing,and both the guy and girl are equally responsible for the consequences....

Accusation#3:Drugged her and caused her to be raped???I do admit that he was wrong at drugging her but how can u blame him for being responsible for Mukti's rape???If i ask u to come to my house in the middle of the night and u get raped by a guy on the way,u cant blame me cos I didnt rape u...I did make a mistake by calling u in the middle of the night and indirectly created a situation that could have caused harm,but I did not intend to rape u or get someone to rape u,did I??

Accusation#4;He insulted her and made acidic comments on her rape humiliating her????Excuse me but whatever he said was true and she humiliated herself by wrongly accusing him in front of everybody and crying out loud to the whole world without fumbling that "I have been raped"...Which rape victim acts like her???He said nothing about her character and only said that why would he need to rape a girl who he's already slept with???

Why does Prem need to feign innocence??And by telling the truth to all,he will redeem himself as the only injustice he has done to mukti is not supporting the truth and helping sharad...If there's anyone who cant redeem himself in Mukti and prerna's eyes,it should be Sharad and not Prem...

One needs to think with an open mind whether Prem's actions were right. Maybe if you are an intense Prem fan, it's hard to be objective. But I really fail to see how one can think Prem had not hurt Mukti so deeply at all.

Sharad raped her physically, and Yudi with words. Sharad destroyed her spirit, and Yudi broke her heart. She is the shadow of what she once was because of both of them.

broken heart I agree with you on all but one counts: I am an intense Prem fan but I do not find it hard to be objective towards him at all...little mistakes you can forgive and forget but the things that he has done take longer to digest, even for a die-hard fan. I don't believe in overlooking and turning a blind eye to someone's faults just because you have intense emotions towards them. Prem did wrong: simple as, and now its time for him to attempt to fix it.

I remember there was a point when I said I hated Prem more than I hated Sharad... you blasted me for it, lol! I found that funny realizing you are one loyal Prem Deewani!

Sometimes, I still hate Prem more than Sharad... maybe it's because I EXPECTED better from him, as I always knew he had a conscience and humanity somewhere within him, and I had no expectations from Sharad. I felt he let us all down so severely by being the insensitive jerk who can laugh at Mukti's rape, and I hated him!

😆 Yeah, I remember that....what can I say? At that time, I was still blindly hoping that he would change...today, tomorrow etc etc. Once I got over that, THEN it was easy to blame him for his actions!!! And yes, I hate Sharad, he's a complete asshole and the words and emotions I feel for him cannot be put into words (well, they can, but very rude words 😉 ). But Prem? More than hating him, I'm disappointed in him...maybe in the beginning he was misguided, maybe he thought that he had to protect his sister's marriage or whatever, but after the thousands of taunts that he gave Mukti (to her face and behind her back), I just lost all faith in him. I still want him to change his ways, but I've also changed: in that I don't trust him until I can actually see that he is changing...this cloak and dagger thing really doesn't impress me!

the only way i see is...
for prem to show unconditional
love towards mukti.

I dont think she should forgive him and if she does i think she should ignore him not show any respect or love towards him he will learn his lesson the hard way!

If she forgives him she would be the worst character in the show

Prem stinks to core in his outlook and actions not worth anyone's pity either

Supporting a rapist to hurt a girl so much doesn't warrant any kind of sympathy from me that the "poor guy" has a dual personality- he will change from ud to prem later on..hogwash.

Prerna needs to do a mother india literally unless he atones for his sins in a harsh manner on his own which I don't see happening. Suddenly developing feelings for mukti and merely changing his statement in court to support her after all that he has done doesn't redeem himself.
