Starts off with a long, dragging recap of accusations.
Mukti is called in to the witness box. Manish asks her what happened and she tells everyone. Later Mahesh says he is sorry and he sympathizes with her. He asks her what drink she had and she said she doesnt drink. He asks her again. She says that someone had mized drugs into ther soft drink. Mahesh claims she is lying because reports have shown alcohol in her body tehrefore she DID drink on the night. Then he asked her why she put the blame on Prem first. She says because they had a huge arguement earlier so he had a motive. She says she made a mistake!To this Mahesh says and what makes you think Sharad raped you? She tells everyone how she planned to trap Prem and infact Sharad fell for it. Mukti says she also had a tape with Sharad's confession. Mahesh then asks so where is the tape?What happened to it? Mukti says some one stole itMahesh says that she is lying! Then he calls Prem as an "eye witness". You can see Prem making a confused face well he gets up as Mukti sits down, tears streaming down her eyes.
Mahesh asks Prem how long has he known Sharad for? Prem says since they studied together in the US. Tot aht Mahesh asks was sharad with you the whole night at the party? PRem says yes. Mahesh REMPHASIZES! He asks Prem how long has ke known Mukti for? Prem says since he lived with his mom or something like that (forgive me for missing the exact words😕). He says Mukti was an employee. Mahesh says " Mukti only said that you guys had an arguement" so whatelse? Prem says that him and Mukti always had differences of opinion. He tells everyone that on Valentines night she came to his room and told him she loves him. Mahesh asks what he said and Prem said he rejected her proposal because he only thought of her as an employee.😡😡 Mahesh asks is that why she blamed you at first? Prem says yeah I guess because I rejected her proposal and she thought i was her enemy. then PREM THE RETARD tells everyone they spent the night together in Panchmeshwar😠To this Mahesh starts accusing Mukti of being a girl who tries to trap rich boys for the money! Thats why she is accusing Sharad who is "SHAREEF" 🤢🤢🤢 Mahesh that moron goes ON AND ON! Mukti gets so upset she gets up and screams NO! Then she leaves the courtroom. Meanwhile UGLY MANISH the useless lawyer doesnt utter a damn word!😡 (I'm telling you Mahesh sent him!)...COURT is adjourned till tomorrow. Prerna leaves the courtroom and sees Mukti crying miserably
The next scene Prerna asks Manish why he was just sitting there like a dumbass while Mahesh barked on and on accusing Mukti's character! To this Manish says Mahesh got an opportunity and took full advantage of it. He indirectly said that Mukti has a lose character so what am i suposed to do😕I couldnt have said "I object" and then what would i have said after that? I MEAN PEOPLE WHO DOES THAT?😡What a lame lawyer🤢

Its pouring...very hard...Prem has his grey hoodie on and is walking towards his car..Just then he spots Mukti..Soaked from head to toe..Eyes twinkling with tears. He goes up to her. Mukti says she used to feel bad for herself that Prem didnt like him..But now she feels bad for him! She says "Mujhe tumpei tarass aata hai". She says atleast she had the courage to fall in love. She says that after what he has done today, he has proven that he is not a human as he has emotions. She says the most beautiful things about what Love is. She says its like jumping off a cliff, losing control of all you senses because you believe that someone will be there to catch you. Thats why its called "Falling in love, not rising". Love makes you cry, makes you smile. It can be your weakness or your strength. Love teaches you alot in life. IT doesnt teach you how to forgive..She says "Kyunki maafi aur samajh dono aadarsh se judei hain, aur pyaar kisi aadarsh ko nahin maanta." She says that when you are in love you think with your heart, you dont use your brain. She says she feels bad because she doesnt regret that night because her feelings for him were true and pure. She says that night changed her life forever...She was a whole new person the next morning. But for Prem that precious moment, came adn went...leaving him unchanged. She says she lived her entire life in that precious moment, she experienced pain and joy. She says she prays that he will one day fall in love so he can live those moments. She says he will never understand what it feels like to cry for someone who makes you cry for joy and due to sorrow. She says after what he said in court it proves he has no emotions...Emotions that shape a person. She says "Mujhe tum pei tarass aata hai" because you will be left with emotions that consist of nothing but yourself...not anyone else. Prem looks utterly confused, shocked and I could sense guilt
