i dont see anyone has posted the update. thanks alot everyone for being patient. im so glad no one asked for a written update today. plz tell me if someone has posted an update. well, heres my update. it took me quite a while
April 18, 2006 Update
The episode starts out where it stopped. Tushar accepts his father's decision and says ok I will take care of everything. But you have to promise me you will take care of yourself. (Here prem gets mad) Mahesh comes and says come on guys lets get some food. I'm hungry. He says come on prem, tushar lets go. Brother lets eat (Bhiya cana catha hai). While they start walking bajaj has his hand on his head sitting on the couch. And doesn't hear Mahesh because he is stressed. Mahesh says I don't think you have confidence in me. Bajaj says no it's not like that. I have full confidence in you. Mahesh says if have trust in me, you wouldn't be stressed. Look, freeing sharad and bringing him to sneha is my job. Don't worry about it please. He says come on lets go. Bajaj says you go, I'm coming and then prena comes home.
Mahesh says hello bhanbi. Prena says hello Mahesh. He asks her to come to dinner with them also. Prena says you didn't help your bhabhi in the police station? He says I was a lawyer there and here "devar". He says he has to help his client and as a devar I can't see you sad. "Vaha mere farz tha, yaha mere dharm" please don't worry about anything. Everything will be the same as before. Prena says I know Mahesh if there is sorrow, happiness will come "gum hai to kushia bhi ayaygi." Bajaj says vaah. What sweet things you are saying "kya pyari pyari bate kare ho" and gets up. What happiness are you talking about? Where is happiness? Do you ever see happiness in this house? Are you happy? I'm not happy. Are our children happy? (points to tushar and prem) look at their faces do you see happiness? I am still saying this prena, there is still time. Finish this fight here! Whatever the decision of the court is, it is, but you will lose your daughter. Today Damani ji told me she will take sneha out of her house. If this actually happened tomorrow, do you know what will happen to sneha? Did you think of that? Prena says, Mr. Bajaj! Since when have you gotten weak! That someone told you this and you just stood quiet (she said it in a mad way). He says yes I am weak. The tears in my daughter's eyes have made me weak. I am weak, but my heart is not like a rock like yours( mera dil tumhare tara pathar ney hai). I am not blind like you(loud and points at her). Who can't see her daughter's pain. But prena I will not let my daughter suffer anymore. I won't let her lose. In this fight you will lose. Prena says the decision has not been made yet. Justice is still to come. Bajaj say at what cost prena "kis keemat par prena?" Sneha will pay the price of this justice. He says you married her and now she is sad. Prena says I don't like that day they got marred . If I could I would reverse those seven "pheras". I would break those "7 jhute vachan" I would stop my daughter from suffering, but I can't do that. What happened, happened. No one can change it. I will not back off, justice will happen. And she leaves to the room. Bajaj getting mad, picks up the phone and puts it up, but sees mashesh and says sorry. And leaves, Mahesh leaves outside and so does Tushar.
Prem is alone and says in this house nothing will change. This is a drama. Kasautio ka mela(festival). He says all this nonsense, serial is coming on weekends also. Full drama. Full emotion. Drama and drama. I really don't understand.( he is talking about what is happening in the house.)

Nest scene- Anurag house
Sam is walking and anurag comes in. He looks at her and starts to walk, when Sam calls his name and he stops. She asks why are you doing this? He says what am I doing? She says today you left me there alone(police station). I was very hurt. He says Sam we both decided we would go with our "vishvas". If our "vishvas" is different, so is our path. She says "vishvas" is different, but the relationship isn't. When the relationship is one, then why did the paths change? I have been hurt. He says me too Sam. And leaves.

Scene- Bajaj house
Note: NO MUSIC, DIALOGUES ARE SAID IN MIND
It shows bajaj looking at a picture of prena and him. Then prena enters. And he is drinking.
Bajaj- today this room is silent. There is "tunhay". Yes we both are in the same room, but not together. Even though we are close, we are far from each other.
Prena- who made these "durias"(far in relationship?). me? You ? or our conditions? You made a promise to me that when there is a problem, you will be with me. But after being together for such a long time, you didn't even give me your trust. You still believed me when we didn't get married.
Bajaj- that pain was mine. I've been waiting for you. And now our daughters life is on hold. How did your heart become so hard? For your daughter at least become a mother.
Prena- I did come to this house as a mother. Your children's mother. And you made me a rock? I love you all so much. As much as this is bugging you, it's bugging me also. I am trying to find that happiness again, but they are lost somewhere.
Bajaj- the happiness can come again prena, if you want
Prena- but the cost you are asking me for the happiness, I can't give you.
Bajaj- not even for your daughter?
Prena- I am doing this for both my daughters. Truth is bigger than everything.
Bajaj- in this truth prena, our relationship may get lost
Prena- this depends on both of us. What we will lose and what we will gain. This is the time for "inthiham" both of our kasauti. And both of us have to stand up at this kasauti.
They both look at each other and the music begins (prena is at the stairs and bajaj is downstairs.) She goes up to her room and sits on her bed, and bajaj sit on the couch.( song still playing) show Sam and anurag. Anurag is outside, Sam thinks of putting her hand on anurag, but leaves. Anurag turns around and sees her go.( song continues playing)

Scene- quite, song, looking for lawyer
Prena, mukti, her dad, Sam are trying to find lawyers, but no luck. Prena is talking to Sam on the phone telling her that this one lawyer said he won't do a case against shalander and bajaj. Prem hears this and smiles and nods

Scene- Jail
In jail prem, sharad, and Mahesh are there. Prem says brother-in-law, tumhare leye(in sad face) good news hai(excited). He tells him no one is willing to fight mother India's case. Sharad says, what, what are you saying yaar? Prem says there is no one to fight her case. Mahesh looks at them, prem starts naming people who are with him and what a great team they have. And he says we have India #1 lawyer, Mahesh uncle. He says we are giving so many compliments why are you quiet? Mahesh asks how long have you known prena bhabhi. Prem says maybe a year. Mahesh says I have known her for years. She's not one of those accepting the loss. She will fight this case until she wins, she will try to get sharad punished.. Sharad says and the promise you made to me? What about that? Mahesh says, I said she will fight the case, I didn't say she will win. And they smile. Mahesh says she will fight the case the way I want her to. But there is one thing set, she will somehow get a lawyer from somewhere for sure. Prem says but she will win this case when she gets a lawyer.(meaning she can't win without a lawyer) And they all smile

Scene- At mukti's place
Sam says prena we really need a lawyer, there is no one willing to fight our case. I don't know when we will find that lawyer. Prena says you are right. I don't understand what we should do. She looks at the bhagwans murti and says looks like god has left us also. Someone knocks on the door. Mukti's dad opens it and the guy tells him My name is mannish pal/maniwal (mera naam mannish maniwal/palival(something like that) hai. ) I want to meet prena jee. Can I come in? To prena he says my name is ____ I am a lawyer. I want to fight your case.

Anurag says I will not publish this article in our newspaper. She says Mr. Basu is this your command or your wish( bithe hai ya hukoom) "is it an order or a request?" anurag this is an order for my full staff. You can publish anything you want, but this article will not get published. She says if my article doesn't get published, then I will never write anything because I am resigning from your newspaper.
