I think Prem is gaining Sharad's trust. Otherwise there is no way to prove Sharad is guilty. Now he has the tape and Sharad has confessed to Prem that he did it, I have a feeling Prem is doing all this to only save Mukti. When Sharad will think he is safe and will least expect anything to happen to him, Prem will strike. I really hope Prem is double crossing him!
