zindagi ka safar - part 7

Anurag and Gauri are going to several different shops buying various different items. Anurag has purchased somes shirts & aftershave for his dad,
Rajeev, Akshat and Vikram (Akshat and Shweta's dad), some perfumes for his mum, Kashish, Shalini, Anjali,
Shweta and her mum. Also bought shawls for his mum and Shweta's mum. For Anjali, hes also bought some matching earrings, bracelets, bangles
and necklaces. For Shweta, hes purchased some earrings, bangles,
photoframe with a picture of himself and Shweta (of when they were young) & a wind chime.
Gauri has bought some shirts and aftershaves for her dad, brother Aryan and Karan. For Karan's mum she bought a perfume and a shawl as well.

Last shop they visit is a jewellery shop where Anurag wants to buy an engagement ring for Shweta. Gauri shows him so many, but he been fussy
says no to all of them, until finally he sees the perfect one, he has
Gauri try it on to see how it looks. Its a solitaire diamond
ring in white gold. Gauri tries it on & shows to Anurag.
Anurag: Its perfect, just the one i wanted.
Gauri: Thank god, you liked one atleast. I never knew it would be
so hard to please you.
Anurag: Well, now you know, i have to have everything just right, i can't stand just any old thing. I like to have things up to a certain standard.
Gauri: Yeah, i know what you mean. Every now and then i like things that way too.
I can't believe we're finally going back tomorrow, can't wait.
Anurag: I've waited 11 years for this day to come, its like a dream
come true.
All is left is to pack this stuff and wait for tomorrow to come.
Gauri: Yeah, we should finish packing this stuff.

They leave to go back to their dorm rooms. On the way they decide to go and eat somewhere after they've finished packing.

Anurag and Gauri each go to their rooms and finish packing all the items they
have just brought and close their suitcases. After that Anurag goes to Gauri's room. Before Anurag can knock on the door, Gauri opens the door.
Anurag: How'd u know it was me at the door.
Gauri: I heard your footsteps, you always make the same sound when you walk, so how can i not know its you.
Anurag: Are you ready to go have our last dinner together?
Gauri: You mean our last dinner in london. I hope you do plan to keep in touch in Simla.
Anurag: Of course, is this really a thing you need to remind me about, besides
i'd like to see wot type of guy is willing to marry you.
Gauri: Yes and i'd like to meet Shweta, and ask her what made her fall in love
with such a joker.
Their jokes continue over dinner and quite late, when they finally decide they should go back to their rooms and get some rest as they have an early flight
the next day.

In the morning, both Anurag and Gauri are ready to leave. A few of their friends that live in london itself come to drop them to their airport and bid them farewell.
On the flight, Anurag and Gauri are sitting next to each other, discussing about what they intend to do after they leave from the airport in simla.
Gauri: I'm gonna head straight home, Aryan bhai is coming to pick me up.
Anurag: Shweta's 21st birthday party is being held at some hotel and Rajeev bhai is coming to pick me up so i'm going to go staright there. You should
come to, this way you'll get to meet Shweta and my sister Anjali.
Gauri: Yeah, i'll see.

After several hours they finally reach Simla. They get all their bags and go
outside. Anurag spots Rajeev and Gauri sees Aryan.
Anurag: Ok, Gauri, i'll see you soon, if you can definitely come to the party.
Gauri: Yeah, will try. Take care. Bye
Anurag: Take care and keep in touch.
Gauri leaves with Aryan.
