i im from london so im really behind in kzk and i thought that prem died when he was young and now there sayin that hes with kamolika and why is aparna bad and how many children does prena have .

You are right Prem 1 died.
But Sneha has cancer and she wants bone marrow.
So prerna and anu unite and give birth to a baby boy. Sneha's life is saved. They call that boy Prem. Prem is then kidnapped by Komlolika.
Apo*na wants money but she doesn't get it. So she is angry. She falls of a cliff she screams for help at prerna but prerna is not able to sve her. Apo*na is saved and she decides to take revenge. She wants to kill bajaj anu and prerna. And Kukie, Tushar and Vishaka are her adopted children. Sneha and prem1, Prem2 are hers and anu's childrenand kasak is bajaj's and her child. Prem1 is Anu-Prerna's 1st child who later died. Prem2 is the one who is conceived to save Sneha

yaar hamare serial plane ki raftaar se agge badhte hain.isliye 1 hi saal mein anu-prerna ko phir se prem mil gaya tha.

Prem1 is the child of Anu & Prerna. Not knowing that ,Anu got married to Komolika. As Anu got married, Prerna and her family kept this as a secret and gave the baby to Prerna's brother to adopt. His name is Prem. We call him Prem1. Later the secret was leaked from the doctor who attended Prerna's delivery and Anu & his familiy too came to know about this. Later Anu & Prerna had another child , Sneha, who was suffering from cancer. To save her life marrow from a family member was needed. Therefore, Anu & Prerna re-united and as a result Prerna gave birth to another child. They named that child also Prem, we call him Prem2.
