Suraj Randheria looked at the TV screen they were reporting that Jai Walia is yet to make a statement, while experts are predicting his present financial position keeping in mind at the rate he was expanding, the soaring prices of Walia shares etc., well Suraj could not have asked for a better timing, he has seen Daksh in Bani's company, like his wife, he too has seen the marked improvement except for calling Bani Anamika, Daksh at times spoke to her like a normal adult, specially when he offered to help Bani out, Suraj could not believe it was his son, the son whom he knew for last 7 years, convincing Bani and arguing with her when Bani refused his offer…..Suraj made a note of the time, as per his plan, he will make an offer, an offer which Jai Walia will be in no position to refuse, after that Bani doesn't have to run off to Jai Walia, indirectly he will buy them out and with Bani's sense of humility and dignity, she will be forced to be with Daksh, even though she or Jai may not like it….well what does he care, he is now only thinking about Daksh's well being…

Jai looked up to see, Bani pushing in the trolley carrying refreshment, he, Tarun and Aditya were working, talking to office, talking to financers, legal experts, Rano and Sahil were running about carrying out odd jobs, while Rano showed a lot of maturity and intelligence in handling the press too, Sahil made an appearance, got nervous with the barrage of questions, came and sat inside biting his nails, Jigyasa was fuming over AD, she looked at Ranveer who was not being given any job by his uncle and father…

Yehi problem, well Tarun how many times I have told you ki office ki baate Bani se share maat kiya karo, now look it her, Pia ko dhundne ki bahana bana ke, chali gayi Mt Abu, mujhe phir akele chhor kar, keya Tarun itna bhi jealous maath bano….
Tarun had no clue as to what Jai was speaking nevertheless he smiled and winked but guilt ridden Bani sprang to his defence, Mr Walia, Tarun ne kuch nehi bataya, woh toh actually mai aap aur Aditya uncle ko baate karte huwe suna tha, woh party wala din…
Jai frowned but he was too occupied to delve into the matter further, you know Bani, I am a lucky man, tum bahut jaldi mera problem sug lete ho…at least for you I got some breathing time…
Bani smiled, Jai's words were great relief to her, with his eyes on her, Bani blushed, Tarun saw their exchange…

Tarun was speaking to the press now, yes they will fight it out but you have to be patient, Mr Walia is taking steps to answer to Aparajit Deb's challenge and at the moment he would like to concentrate on it…I hope you understand…
Why suddenly Mr Deb who's line of specialization in garments and textile wants to take over Jai Walia's business, is there any old rivalry.....
Not that I know of and why he wants to do it, everyone is diversifying and he is no exception, and since Jai Walia is the one of the most brightest star in the scene, AD thought to take on him...
Or is it Pushkar Shukla who had fallen out with his mentor instigated AD to do the same..
AD is an intelligent person and surely he will not run his business according to Pushkar's directives, as for Pushkar Shukla, he was like any other professional with Jai, and they do go in search for greener pastures don't they?

With every passing hour Aditya was wiping his brow, it is clear their resources were limited, the financers were not ready to pour money as they were not sure about AD's strength, he was a relatively unknown entity, they did not want to fight a losing battle, specially they could smell some personal vendetta in AD's statements...we will be for you when you expand Mr Walia but you will appreciate we too have authorities to answer to...a few of them extended their help but not the amount Jai was looking for, it was around 1530 hrs in the evening, Aditya took out his jacket, they were still way short of the no. of shares they had targeted, Jai was sitting with his eyes closed leaning back on his chair, Aditya looked at Tarun, he was scratching his head, Rano chewing her pencil till she could taste the lead, Bani was sitting in sofa at the corner, trying to be invisible...Aditya could hear Jigyasa shouting at the servants and her sons/ Raashi for no reason, Masi and Dadi were obviously in the prayer room...
Jai's mobile rang, Jai opened his eyes and looked at Aditya, it was an unknown no. and Jai was not prepared to face the journalists but Aditya urged him, shayad koi financer ho....

Buss Randheria Sahaab, mai abhi zinda hu, mara nehi hu, I am sure even with my business gone I can still take care of Bani's basic needs, my wife will not help your son in exchange of money, she will not be obliged to you for my sake, I told you, Daksh is sick, he needs specialists and as far as Bani is concerned if she helps Daksh it will be on humanitarian ground but once again I don't want Bani to be hurt, at the moment she is my only possession, of course my most valuable possession which nobody not even AD or any court of law can snatch away from me, I am no Yudhistir of Mahabharata who will put his wife on stake to save his family's honour....I am sorry Mr Randheria to sound rude but then that is the way it is...
Jai disconnected the phone...while Aditya beamed proudly, Rano and Bani lowered their heads, they looked guilty...
The intercom rang, Aditya picked it up, it was quarter to 4, he listened over the phone, o.k. send the person in, he directed the security...

As the clock struck 4.15, AD's car came and stood in front of Walia Mansion, the press was ready, someone had even erected a make shift stage as AD took the stage, waved to the press and distributed copies of sheet showing Walia holdings, clearing his voice for the speech he must have prepared, the heads turned to see Jai Walia coming out of the house with his family, holding Bani's hand, the rest of the family following them, the security opened the gate, the press made way for Jai to pass, as he got up on the stage, Bani stood with family alongwith the reporters…
