Bani was very stressed. How would she face him. She was so wrong.
She was wearing a simple but very beautiful salwar kameez. It's a cool blue tie and dye work Kurti has a splendid neckline adorned with Aari mesh having shiny silver sequins in between. The outlines of the necklines are highlighted with copper colored beads. The Dupatta has a big tie and dye circle in white and the Churidar is plain cool blue.
It's strange, it was the first time in her life that Bani wanted to look beautiful for someone. Even if she was beautiful naturally, she adds some khol, blush, gloss and a blue bindi. She was perfect, she hasn't did too much but she was beautiful.
Finally, she was ready but her heart didn't want cooperate. She needs courage and for that she decided to watch the video of the song bhool bhulaiyaa with Akshay Kumar.
20 minutes later, Bani was on the beach looking for Jai. She spots him near to the rocks. She goes to him and calls him by his last name. But Jai didn't budge, he was still watching the horizon.
Bani: M. Walia, I'm very sorry, I didn't…
She was cut off by Jai before to finish her sentence.
Jai: Bani, please don't say anything right now, I want to show you something.
Bani took place near to Jai and was trying to guess what he wanted show her. If Jai called her at 6:00pm, it was for see the sunset. He didn't know why, but he wanted share this beautiful moment with her. When you watch a sunset, it's always relaxing, we forget all our worries and problems. We are in peace, this feeling is so good. We're just hypnotized by the view and nothing else.
Bani was watching Jai by the corner of her eyes, he seemed so relax and very handsome. His eyes were full of emotions. At this moment, she just wanted to be in his arms in order to be more close to him. They were watching the sunset in silence. Jai broke the silence.
Jai: I don't know why but I wanted see the sunset with you. Usually, I don't share this kind of moment with anyone. I'ts the only moment where I can find peace, with the sunset it's like if all my hurt and pain are taking away from me to go behind the sea with the sun.
Bani: Jai…
Jai: No Bani, let me finish please. I heard a lot about you from my parents and Ranveer. I knew you were different from other women and when I met you in the office, I knew you were different. I wanted to know you better after all we are partners but it seems I failed once and again. And in the end I'm the one who is hurt.
Bani: It's nothing like this, it's all my fault…
Jai: It's like if I don't have the right to have a good relationship with women other the ones in my family. Once, I believed to have met my soul, I was so in love with Pia.
Jai was now so emotional and Bani was hurt just seeing him in this state. Bani put her hands in Jai face to make him stare at her.
Bani: Jai it's not your fault. I was stupid and too angry. I didn't mind even for a second all the bad things I said to you. I've never been so bad with someone till today. It's not because I hate you or something else. If I'm here right now, it's because I wanted to say sorry. I am very very very very very sorry
Jai: Bani you didn't need to…
Bani: Jai I listened to you now it's your turn to listen.
Jai: ok, sorry
Bani: I realized I acted like a fool. It's just when you are around me, it's like I lose control, I can't think straight. And I think, if I was angry it's also because I regret we didn't kiss each other. Don't say anything. I want to know you and become friends with you. And we will see if in the future we can be more than friends. Just live our life daily, what do you think???
Jai: I don't know, you don't hate me ?
Bani: I never hate you, just tell yourself you met my bad side.
Jai: And I don't want see it anymore, it was so scarry.
Jai and Bani talked about all and anything. They laughed and share a good moment.
Bani: So Jai did you forgive my bad behaviour ?
Jai: Of course, after all a friend didn(t need to say sorry or thank you.
Bani: So I have a surprise for you, it's my gift for a friend.
Jai: What is it ?
Bani: you will see, we just need to go back to our room.
Jai: you know I can look for another room.
Bani: Nahi, Jai, we will share the room. So let's go.
Both of them go back to their hotel room. Bani ask at Jai to close his eyes before to enter in the room. Jai was surprised but decide to listen Bani, he really didn't want to be witness of Bani anger. Bani took him by his hands and make him sit at the dinner table which was on the terrace.
"Now you can open your eyes" said Bani.
Jai open his eyes and was mesmerized by the table decorations and by all the dishes. In the table all his favourites dishes were disposed.
"Waw, it's all my favourites dishes, Bani how do you know" ask Jai.
"Ranveer, help me a lot" answer Bani.
"But, how do you manage to order all this things. Every time I came here for business, I never had the chance to eat these meals." Said Jai.
"Oh no, I cooked myself, it was for apologize to you. I bought all the necessaries and cook. I wanted to do that for you. So are you ready to take your dinner"
"Sure, I'm so angry"
Bani was anxious, she was waiting for his view about her cooking. Jai decided to tease her and act as if the cooking was bad. He coughed and reach for his glass of water. Bani was stressed like anything.
"Jai kya hua, sab thik to hai na, is the cooking is bad ?"
"Haan, I've never eat something so disgusting"
Bani had tears in her eyes and was trying to not cry in front of him. Jai was feeling bad and decided to not pull her legs anymore.
"Are Bani, why are you crying I was just teasing you. Your cooking is delicious. It reminds me my mum cooking, so good. I didn't know a woman like you know how cook."
"What do you mean by a woman like me"
"Kuch nahi"
"Are bolo, what are you scare of"
"Are Bani, it was a joke. Hmmmmmmm so delicious. You should try."
The dinner gone well, they chat and make their agenda for the next day. They need to be at the conference for their deal. Even if they won't present their project tomorrow, they should to be there for see the other company project. No one can change their project because they were submitted once week before. So no one will have an advantage.
"Thanks for the dinner" said Jai.
"You're welcome, it was my pleasure".
"So we will see tomorrow at the breakfast and Bani don't be late"
"I'm always in time so don't worry"
They wish good night to each other. But Bani kiss him on the cheeks taking him by surprise and lock herself in her room. Jai was shocked by her kiss and go to his room. Tomorrow will be a new day. Both of them take a shower and make themselves comfortable in their bed. They smiled thinking about their day and how they are friends now. They didn't confess to each other, they decide to wait how their relationship will progress. They need to know each other first. Why hurry the thing. They fall asleep and dream of each other.
