Bani was left thinking ,where she had gone wrong in loving this man....as she saw jai disappear behind the sliding door covered with curtains ,she fell on her knees and hid her face in her hands and starting crying bitterly..she loved him,,she had loved him like no
other..she had loved him relentlessly..no matter what he did to her,how he misunderstood her good intentions ..no matter how he doubted her ,her character,her love for him,she had loved him,cherished his every single memory,the time she spent with him was the most precious thing she possessed..only HE was the one who completed her in everyway..she loved him,she still loved him ..
bani was startled at somebody holding her by her shoulders and raising her to her feet,she looked upto find nahar standing ,with a helpless and pained expression...she hugged him.as he held her,bani cried bitterly in his arms..he let her cry,he knew very well what rather who was the cause of these tears,apparently,nahar had gone to fetch bani a glass of water when he saw jai going towards the same terrace,knowing well,he silently followed jai and saw everything that had transpired on the terrace,he had been standing behind the curtains and as jai left came out from behind them,he so wanted to hurt jai but his hands were tied by bani,he was helpless because of bani..,he felt powerless,someone whom he loved very much
was in his arms crying,his heart ached at the fact that no matter how much he wanted to punish jai,he couldn't,not because he was scared,he was helpless because of bani..
bani was the one who had been protecting jai from nahar's wrath for all this time...it was bani who had made nahar promise that he wud never hurt jai,no matter what jai did or do to her..
if it had been in nahar's hand he would have destroyed jai walia by now..
nahar not being able to take any more gently caressed bani's arms..
nahar: plsss bani,stop crying,first you let him hurt you,then you cry...plss stop torturing yourself..ur not just torturing yourself but are torturing all of us as
well..massi,jj,ravi,rishi, and me..plzz bani plzz.
bani tried to compose herself and quitened a bit but still hugging nahar...
nahar:shhhh..jani..shhhh stop it now,thats like my girl..shhh
nahar:u have to stop this bani,,u love me rite??
in answer bani just nodded her head in his chest...
nahar:then u got to stop letting him hurt you ,for my sake plzz,..i will not take it anymore....next time he hurts u i don't think i will be able to stop myself from breaking his neck...(at this he felt bani flinch terribly)
bani had stopped crying by now .she held onto nahar who held her in his protective arms....
Nahar: ok now bani u have ruined my favourite armani suit so stop it,i should be the one who should be crying now...(smiling down at her)
bani who had been crying her eyes out chuckled at this....she looked up at him and playfully hit him in his chest ...
Nahar: omg...bani u can very well fill the void of mike tyson...as he playfully winced in pain...
bani burst out laughing....
thats what he was so good at ,make her do what ever he wanted her to do...and that was he always wanted to see her happy and smiling..he loved it when she smiled...
after bani had a hearty laugh..she stopped and looked at nahar...
bani: can u promise me one thing..??
nahar looked deep in her eyes and smiled,knew exactly what she was going to ask him..after all they had gone through this millions of times and every time she had ended up convincing him with her emotional blackmailing...
nahar: ok ..ok he is all yours to trash...
bani wiped her tears and took the glass of water which nahar had placed at the side of the grille..
when nahar and bani came back into the party ,bani had a set mind and a determined look on her face..
it was payback time...
JF: ladies and gentle men i am very glad to announce that this project is going to bring two rivals close and with that i would like to end the party ,i hope u all enjoyed,i wish our new alliance a very great luck.,bye and good night to all of you...
at this bani felt a tug at her heart,as jai flinched at the thought of being with bani..after all he hated her or atleast he tried...
as the party ended jai made his way to the parking lot..after their confrontation on the terrace he hadn't had the chance to speak to her instead he kept talking to SS(saraswati sharma)..although it annoyed him to bits but he had to do it,,he had to find out whether she still had feelings for him and then use them for his revenge...he knew very well it was not bani who he was wary to fight , punish or hurt ,deep down in his heart he knew that he was more scared of hurting himself in the process..but he had to do it..he had to avenge his kids...even if it meant killing himself in that course..
In the parking lot as jai was about to sit in his car he heard the "devil" call his name..
Bani:mr.walia u r leaving..??(in a very casual manner)
jai: yes u got a problem with that..??(veiling his surprise with anger)
bani: no i thought we could get a bite to eat..but anyways i think you must be tired after all the stress of the day...see you later then i guess....looking forward to work with you..with that she turned on her heel and walked away to her brand new mercs where nahar
was waiting for her...
jai gazed at the zooming car...he didnot know what had hit him..on the terrace she felt helpless infront of him and now she just demonstrated sheer cofidence. as if she was a case of a split personality..
what was going on ,he had to find out who this nahar guy was..and where was that daksh..why was she with nahar and not with daksh..all those questions clouded his mind..
As jai's driver informed for the third time that they had reached the hotel,jai came out of his trance and got out of the car and walked towards his suite..he knew what he had to do...first he called his trustworthy private detective and asked him to find out anything
he could find out about nahar and as an after thought ,about bani as well,,and to keep an eye on both of them...after that he took a sleeping pill,he needed some peaceful sleep,when he had finished he lay down in his bed and started thinking about the events that had
occured in his life that very day,how his day started,how he was hesitant about going to US
without informing the CEO,how he had to follow her to india,his journey in the plane,thinking about the journey in the plane brought a faint smile to his lips,the sleeping pill's effect was starting to show and soon he dozed off...
mean while,after making sure that JJ was nicely tucked in bed , asleep and nahar retired to his room,bani entered her room,tired of all the tension she had gone through...she knew it was nothing compared to what was coming her way,but it was for HIS good...she would rather die than hurt him or betray him but she had to do what she was about to do...
Bani quickly changed and laid down in her bed,she hated that cold ,empty feeling..
As bani laid down the confrontation brought allthe sweet memories, she remebered the warm embrace in which she used to lay..his caresses,his endearings,his warm breath over her body.she missed him still.she remembered how restless her nights used to be when they separated and she tried to commit suicide,thats when she met nahar,who came into her life like a guardian angle.He brought her support ,he brought with him her smile and laughter
back...if it hadn't been him,she would have died anyway...but she often found herself pondering what was amiss in her life and her thoughts always ended on that heathen.he was always there with her in someway or the other,her speech,her thoughts her heartbeat ,everything she did ,what ever she thought,some how or the other she would end up thinking about him and missing him, but then came in her life JJ,he filled her empty and lost eyes with love and hope, he brought with him luck for her as well,she got back the family she deserved,the love ,the respect she was in search off,but she still missed him,she wanted to share all that happiness with him,afterall he deserved it too.she missed him.
//FLASHBACK
Jai came into their bedroom to find bani sitting on the bed and caressing her swollen tummy,she was pregnant with krishna & atharva.
Jai: are u ok bani??
Bani not answering him but looking down at her tummy ,looked upto find jai grinning like a cheshire cat..
Jai: what?? my babies giving you a tough time??(between his chuckles,and sitting next to her)
Bani: they are bound to give me a tough time ,after all they are your babies..
hearing that jai broke into a hearty laugh,which left bani frowning...
Jai putting his hand on her stomach and slowly caressing it : good going kids ,i am proud of you..keep it up..
that ended up in him getting a soft smack on his back as he was leaning on bani's stomach..
Jai looked upto find bani frowning...he couldn't help but laugh at her blushed face..
Jai: what are you angry about..i am just trying to spoil our kids...
Bani crossed her arms across her chest and leaned back against the pillows and cushions and pouted like a baby...
bani: yeah yeah go ahead spoil the children already and don't think about the mother of the children,who has to take care of the children,their father and ofcourse of herself ,because if she wouldn't take care of herself than who would take care of the children and their
father..
jai could not help but burst into laughter at her complaining,although he knew she was being angry with him for not giving her time which was true,he was very busy with the new project he was working on,hardly anytime for himself or the family but he tried his best to keep a strict eye on bani and her state...
Bani scowled at his laughter...she wasn't liking this one bit..
Bani: go ahead,laugh all you want..
Jai couldn't stop laughing and was literally rolling on the bed..
Bani still scowling turned her face away from his...
when jai's laughing fit ended his stomach hurt and he had tears in his eyes..he laid back on the bed ..turned his face to find bani still in a bad mood,
Jai:bani..
bani:(no answer)
Jai: baniiii..jaaniiii..
Bani(still no answer)
Jai:bani ,will u look at me..
Bani: i m not interested in whatever you have to say
jai was about to say something when he got a call on his cell ..he got up from the bed and left the room...
bani was left staring at his retreating back,this was not what bani expected ,she was hoping that he would try to pacify her and she would get a chance to see him squirm for a little while but this completely backfired..she could feel her eyes welling up..
she brutally wiped the tears with back of her hands...
Bani: see,kids your pappa is just worried about you ,he has no time for your mother...thats not fair..she caressed her tummy gently,feeling the babies move ,her lips broke into a smile,but it quickly disappeared as she wanted to share the feeling with him but he was too
busy..
Just then jai entered with a bowl of soup in his hands and locked the door after him..
jai:why haven't you taken your evening soup bani..???
Bani(still angry): didn't feel like it..
Jai(swore under his breath): come on bani,stop being so stubborn..and take this soup..its your favourite..
Bani: i said i don't feel like it..
Jai mused at her childish stubborness..
Jai: come on bani..stop acting like a child..take this soup,its not good for the babies if you stay hungry..
Bani(now loosing it): see thats what i mean,your always worried about the babies and not their mother,i AM their mother and nobody i m sorry but even you wouldn't be more concerned for them more than me..but i would like some attention as well you know, i understand that you
are busy with the new project but that doesn't mean you ignore me .do u have any idea how much i miss you and need you,but your not present there,when my back hurts ,i like the idea of my husband rubbing my back ,while i lounge in his arms.
jai kept looking at bani,it was the first time she had complained ,after her emotional outburst had finished..
Jai: i m sorry bani, i haven't been able to give you and the family time but i was busy with project,and yes i have been acting like an idiot and have been unintentially but ignoring you, just to let you know,i have handed the project over to nachiket,he'll be taking care of it from now on,so i can be with you and our babies more..
Jai: now come on have this soup..
Jai held the spoon infront of her mouth..bani's lips broke into a smile,he knew how to pacify her..she very obediently took the spoon in her mouth,she was feeling hungry,so she ate the soup while jai fed her,when it was the last spoon left,,jai suddenly pointed out..
Jai: how was the soup bani??
Bani: its simply delicious..
Jai:thats very bad bani,you didn't even offer me a single spoon of the soup..
bani: mmm ,i m sorry Mr.walia but i was feeling hungry and it is my favourite soup u know..but i can have tony get you another bowl if u like...
Jai: no bani i just wanted to taste the soup..but i think i'll taste it anyway..
Bani:but i just took the last sip..
Jai leaning on her half laying posture
Jai: exactly..
with that he dipped his head and captured her lips with his,he licked her lips first gently as if warning her what was coming towards her after that.
He soon wanted more of it more of her,feeling the urge to quench his thirst,thats how it always had been,his single touch would melt her and when he touched her,he just couldn't get enough of her,no matter how he tried to stop himself.
he slowly caressed her lips with his tongue,as soon he felt her opening up his tongue snaked inside her mouth .he tasted every inch of her mouth,its not like he hadn't before but it always felt amazing tasting her,maybe thats why he couldn't get enough of her...
jai took her by her shoulders while kissing her and took the pallu off of her saree..
Bani breaking the kiss asked him while trying to catch her breath.
Bani: MR. walia ,what are you doing..?
Jai: I plan to shower loads of attention on my wife...he winked at her..
BAni: But mr. walia its evening time..
Jai:so what bani..saying that he pulled her towards him and his hands started to work on the back of her blouse while he kissed the side of her neck..
Bani was having a hard time trying to think straight...
Bani: mr. walia ..everyone is awake..
jai breathed a soft "so" on her neck,which sent surges of desire through her whole body..
Bani: mr.walia what if someone wants us..
Jai: nobody wants you more than me right now bani..
bani: but don't you think its a bit early ..
Jai: so what,i can make love to my wife whenever i want ,whenever i need ,whenever i feel like it,when ever she wants me too... with that he nibbled at her silky skin...
Bani: but..(now softly moaning)
she was cut off when jai stopped kissing her and looked straight in her eyes ..

Bani looked in his eyes,she was burning with desire herself but bani being bani was also worried what others would think that they have retired to their rooom so early..
Bani half scared of his annoyance but more than that she was finding it hard to suppress the desire to have him,to feel that pleasurable pain which he made ever so pleasurable..Jai looked at her perplexed expressions and her eyes glistening with desire and passion, smiled and brough his lips closer to hers once again and "thought so.." where the words that escaped his mouth huskily,before he captured her lips once again passionately..
he slowly undid the hooks of the blouse while bani undid his shirt buttons..bani's hands grazed on his strong muscular chest and back...soon jai had stripped bani completely and she was as always blushing under his passionate gaze, he adjusted himself and entered her,
bani gave a small cry..
jai: sorry for hurting you bani but i can't deny this pain to both of us..
Bani: don't..
jai looked at her startled at her words..
bani noticed his expressions and smiled shyly..
bani: don't stop..
jai looked at her burning ,blushing face and a naughty smile crossed his lips..
jai and bani made love to each other like there was no tomorrow..
when they where done,both lay in each others arms ,their legs entwined..
jai gently caressed her arms as bani's head rested on his chest,hearing his heartbeat,she loved that..laying in his arms snuggled closely against him ,head on his chest and hearing his heartbeat...thats what she wanted for the rest of her life..the love of the man she loved ,her husband.

bani was brought back to present when she heard the soft voice of jj next to her bed..
Bani: what happened beta,i thought you were asleep, are you ok..(bani was very protective and sensitive about her children specially after what she went through )
jj: nothing mamma,.can i sleep with you pleeeeeeassssssseeee..
bani smiled at her son
Bani: even if you don't give me that loooooooong please you can still sleep with me..come on ,hop in..with that she lifted her comforter and jj slid next to her grinning..
bani's hands ran on his head,caressing him and lulling him to sleep..
JJ: mamma??
bani: hmmmm..
JJ: mammmmmaaaaa??
bani looked down at him..: hmmm
JJ: mamma i met him today...
bani looked at her son startled.:who are you talking about,who did you meet today?

bani gasped at that and then controlled herself..,smacked him softly on his head..
Bani: what did i tell you JJ,..don't you dare call him by his name ever again..he is your pappa and i expect you to call him that or else you're in for some good spanking as she hugged him..
jj: but mamma i am in terms of calling him by his first name you know..
as bani gave him a knowing look and smiled down at him,she knew what he meant ..and kissed him softly on his forehead...: still beta ,,he is your father..
JJ: mamma...
Bani: hmm..
JJ: can we go to the beach tomorrow..pleeeeaaaseee..
Bani: where did you learn this long please..??
jj: rishi di...as he chuckled and informed his mother...
Bani groaned ..she knew his elder siblings spoilt him like anything..infact he was spoilt by everyone..massi,nahar,rishi,ravi, daksh,anju ,he was even the apple of everybody's eye in her office as well..
bani looked at her son who was looking at her expectantly...
bani: hhhhh..fine..i guess we can go to the beach as there is no office tomorrow...
that got jj all excited and he got up and stood on the bed all pumped up..
jj: thats great ,then we will take nahar..(he was cut off by a crossed look on bani's face)
Bani: what is with you and calling elders by their names...you might start calling me by my first name ...i don't like that son, u know i love you but that does not mean i am gonna overlook all your mistakes..you get that..
JJ: sorry mamma..fine i won't call nahar ,nahar again,...are you happy now...???
bani gave jj an exhasperated look..
JJ: so as i was saying...we will take g.dad ,daksh uncle,anju aunty and we'll take some snacks with us as well and can have a small picnic...as he jumped up excitedly on the bed..
bani:slow down ..slow down....your planning as if others have nothing else to do but to do your bidding..
JJ: they will do what i say,becuz i am very adorable and cute..he chuckled..
Bani laughed at her son's antics..
JJ sat down now and sighed..
JJ: wish ,daddi,rish di and ravi bhayya were here..
bani saw the sadness in her son's eyes,she knew he missed them very much..
bani pulled him closer and hugged him..
bani: its all gonna be over soon,and we WILL be together..
JJ: all of us...(giving her a perplexed look)
Bani knew what he meant:yes ALL of us will be together..
JJ hugged his mother back..
BAni: now be a good boy and go to sleep..
JJ: fine on one condition..
Bani: now what?
JJ: we will go to picnic first thing in the morning..
Bani: what??
JJ: ok ..ok ...first thing after breakfast..pleeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaseeeeee..
jj knew his mother couldn't refuse his long please and his cute little eyes..
Bani: ok ok...fine as you wish...badmash..
JJ happy at his acheivement..turned his back towards his mother not before giving her a quick peck on her cheek,and a good night..bani pulled her son closer to herself..
bani softly whispered in his ears: sweet dreams beta..
soon both mother son duo dozed off to sleep..
In the morning
jai woke up next morning with a start,to find his cellphone ringing..
JAi picked up the phone ..
Jai: a very sleepy :hello..
Aditya: thankgod you picked up jai..i was thinking about reporting you missing..
Jai: why,...yawwnn...what happened..??
Aditya: do you have any idea how worried i have been,...i been trying to reach you for the past eighteen hours and no reponse...
Jai: o..i have been busy..and then i was tired so dozed off..
Aditya: thats ok...all forgiven as long as your ok and not missing...
Jai smiled at his concerned...
Aditya: by the way jai,what was that got you upset yesterday and you cut the phone.??
jai: (remembering ) nothing adi..nothing much at all..
Aditya: come on jai, u know u can't lie to me..there was something that really bothered you..
Jai: adi,keep this to yourself...ok..
Aditya: don't you trust me jai...??
Jai took a deep breath..: i saw bani yesterday adi..
jai could hear aditya gasp on other end of the fone..
Jai: adi, are you there..?
Aditya: err ..yeah jai, i m here..jai are you ok..?
jai: i m fine..
for a minute jai could hear aditya breathing ....
jai: what aditya...what do you want to ask me..??
aditya: jai, (after a little pause)how is she?
jai was exhasperated at his best friend's question..
jai: Yes aditya ,she is absolutely fine and apparently very happy with nahar..
aditya: nahar??
Jai: yes ,with nahar..now don't ask me who this nahar is, cuz i don't know myself..and no,i don't know where daksh is,and why she isn't with daksh..,anymore questions..
Aditya: do you want me to come there??
jai could sense concern in adi's voice..
Jai: no, adi,i'll be fine.. and i promise i won't do anything rash..
Aditya: so tell me the whole story..
Jai: where do i start..
Aditya: where i left you at the airport..
Adi chuckled ..
Jai stared narrating all that happened ,when he was telling adi about the jouney, he felt a surge of shock go through his whole body...he remembered somehting which left him gasping for air...
Jai : aditya,i'll call you later..i have to go...
Adi: what happened jai..?
Jai: adi ,i'll tell you later..
Adi knew he wasn't going to tell him, so decided something in his mind and disconnected..
jai got up and almost ran into the washroom, after changing..
jai first called a man and cofirmed what he wanted to and then called one of his loyal private detectives...told him something...and cut the line ..
after confirmation of the news ,he was finding hard to breath...he could feel the wall of his enormous suite closing on him,he wanted to get out of there..he picked up a bottle and went towards the beach...
he didnot know how long he had been walking ,he sat down on a boulder which was almost shaped like a huge sofa and it hid him sitting there on it from the beach...he didn't know when he dozed off drinking..
Jai woke up with a cry of laughter of a child near by...he took a sip of his drink when he heard " don't you dare touch that bottle again Jai walia or your in for some good spanking"
jai splurted out the drink...he knew that voice,it was bani's for sure...
jai leaned forward and looked towards his right side to (he was still hidden from others)see bani wearing a dark maroon kurta with blue denim jeans with her hair tied in a pony tail...she looked beautiful and young..she was chasing a little kid in the water ,who was holding a bottle which was washed on the beach ,when the kid turned jai forgot to breath..it was jj...jai tried to make sense of the situation...

she just called him jai walia,or was i hallucinating, but it can't be...what the hell is going on..is it possible,can he be ...,no it can't be,he can be of that daksh's for that matter,but he looks so much like me,..no it can't be possible ,but why not,it is possible, no i have to wait,i have to make sure,i can't let anyone hurt me anymore..and speially not going to let her hurt me..//
jai heard laughter and came out of his reverie..he saw bani holding jj in her arms and twirling him around,he felt a tug at his heart,he jumped of the boulder but still stood behind it so nobody could see him, he placed his head against the boulder and closed his eyes and listened to jj's laughter but then he heard bani laughing,he opened his eyes to find jj and bani in nahar's arms and he was twiring both of them,which was making both ,bani and jj laugh like anything...he came a little forward to get another shock..at a little distance he could see daksh laying down on a spread with a woman who looked very pregnant and he was caressing her swollen tummy...
jai couldn't figure what was happening,he was very confused,why was daksh laying down with that pregnant woman and bani was ok with that,and why was she having fun with nahar and apparently jj was also having fun.. jj's name was jai,what was another j for ,he thought
maybe, junior jai..yeah..may thats it,but then again it can be something else..maybe i want this to be true,i want him to be my son,no...i can't , ..jai found himself confused and fighting with himself..one part of him said that jj was his son but another part of him warned him against his soft feelings.she is using walia name just to hurt you more thats all...
but then jai heard something that crushed his heart..
jj to nahar: your the best g.dad ever...while walking back to where daksh and that woman was laying..
nahar ruffled jj's hair ..
jj ran towards daksh and the woman,
jj: look anju aunty i found a shell...look isn't it pretty,..
anjali(aka jhalli,anju):yes it is very pretty,who is it for ?
JJ: for you..
Anju: awww,thankyou sweety,..
she looked towards daksh and jai saw sindoor in her parting and a mangalsutra in her neck..
anju: very bad daksh,see jai brought me such a beautiful shell,why can't you be sweet like him...
daksh: thats very bad sport,a shell for her and nothing for your best buddy??
jj: don't worry uncle daksh ,here ,a brought you a shell as well..
hearing jj call daksh uncle,jai felt a wave of happiness,he knew he had to hold on to his senses and not lose his mind but it was getting a little hard to do so.
jai remained there hiding and listening to them talking to each other animatedly..
jai could not help but look at bani,she looked so beautiful,her face flushed becuz of running ,she looked like a nymph..but for some reason ,jai noticed emptiness in her expression,he could very well feel the void in her eyes..he knew it becuz it was familiar to him as well after he kicked her out of his life..
while sitting on the beach with the others,bani was having fun but for some reason she felt as if someone was watching her,maybe he was watching her,she could feel her cheeks getting rosier by every passing second..
bani jerked her head to clear it.,..that was simply impossible,how could he be here and why would he watch her like that.."thats just a fragment of my imagination " bani thought..
Jai noticed that she was getting impatient under his gaze,but the thing that was troubling him was the fact that he was aware that she couldn't see him but still felt his presence..that disturbed jai all the more..
Jai thinking to himself: why is she getting impatient under my stare,she doesn't even know i am here... what is that keeps attracting me towards her,why can't i hate her..these were the questions jai had been asking himself for the past five years...
just then his chain of thoughts were broken by the ringing of a mobile..jai looked at the group sitting and enjoying himself..it was bani's mobile..
jai saw bani pick up the phone and speak into it,then she made a baby like angry face which unvoluntarily brought a smile to jai's face. jai checked himself and then he saw bani talking to all of them ,all of them were annoyed by that news whtever she said.jai was able
to hear what everyone else were saying but could only hear bani's mumbling..
jai: she still speaks so softly...
jai realised what he just said,he wanted to kick himself,he hated her ,he hated her with all his might ,most of all he hated himself for not being able to hate her..
jai realised that they were leaving,he then was brought back to the world when he saw the time on his expensive watch..
it dawned upon him that whatever he was trying to take away from him ,she got it all..infact he was the loser.he had lost his everything,the peace of heart,the love of his life,his reason to want to live,his children, his little world which he cherished so much.
what made it more painful was that it ended on such a note that made it harder to even cherish the sweet memories...
jai headed back to his room as he saw them leave...he had things to do that were very IMPORTANT
