I am posting part 10 today. I'll try to post 11 today also, cauze I don't know if I'll be able to update tomorrow and I know some of you might want to chop of my head when you finish this part 😛. Let me know!!
I have taken some liberties in this part, I don't know anything about UK-IN timedifferences and flightschedules so I'm very sorry if this part does not make a lote of sense.

When Bani was done with her chore she saw Mr. Walia sleeping on his bed like a child, with a smile on his face. She silently put the comforters on him and walked out of the room. He woke up the next morning, feeling like he had finally slept well, after ages.

Part 10
Bani woke up early that morning. She tried to call Ranveer several times. She had not talked to him since her arrival in London. For the first time after they became friends they did not talk to each other at night to discuss their day.
Ughhh…..Why are you not picking up Ranveer!! Please pick up! Please pick up for me Ranveer! Bani muttered under her breath.
It was his birthday and she wanted to wish him. The problem was she could not get through on his number in Switzerland.
Suddenly she heard a noise behind her. Mr. Walia was standing there all dressed. He still looked a bit pale, but he also had a strange expression on his face.
Trying to call Ranveer I see he said in a weird tone.
uhm…..Ji…It's his birthday. Mai usko wish karna chahti hoon par……I think I'll try later.
They sat down for breakfast and Bani gave Mr. Walia his medicines. After breakfast they headed for the airport. All the while Mr. Walia could not stop thinking about Ranveer…………..and Bani.
' You are just shocked.' he thought. ' You were surprised that they were dating, that is why you can't stop thinking about it. Now you know so just forget it.
At the airport he heard Bani again when she was trying to call Ranveer. He tried really hard not to listen, and mentally kicked himself for being happy when Ranveer did not pick up.
Their plane took off. Bani was seated next to Mr.Walia. she could notice he was tired. She was glad it was Friday and weekend started soon. Mr.Walia would not gave to go to the office and he would have a whole weekend to strengthen a bit. Bani was sure he would be in the office Monday no matter how ill he was. They did not call him a workaholic without a reason. Suddenly she heard him coughing badly. She looked at her left and saw him, with a red face, coughing away. Bani took the bottle of water she bought at the airport, out if her bag and made him take small zips. She patted him on his back until the coughing stopped.
'Thank you' he said with a slightly cracked voice.
Bani smiled in return and said. 'Mr.Walia you still have to take the antibiotics for 10 days, and you can't stop before that. The doctor said you have to finish all the tablets to make sure the infection is completely gone.' Bani closed her eyes, and tried to catch some sleep.
Mr.Walia tried to settle down in his chair. His mind was in a uncomfortable turmoil, he could at least try to be comfortable in his chair.
After a long flight the plane finally landed in Mumbai. Home sweet home. Mr. Walia could not wait to go back to his routine life.
Aditya was waiting for Bani to pick her up from the airport. When he saw her his face lightened up and he hugged her tightly. 'I missed you so much beta. We all missed you so much. '
Mr. Walia just stood there, looking at the two of them. He kind of felt like an outsider, intruding on a very personal moment. He felt an outsider when one of the two people he was looking at was his best friend and his brother-in-law.
' Jai, how are you. How are you feeling now?' Aditya said as if he was noticing him for the first time.
'Much better now Aditya, thanks for asking.'
Bani looked at both of the men questioningly. They were supposed to be family, but were speaking so formally to each other. And Mr. Walia was behaving rather differently since this morning. 'Maybe he is behaving normally now, and he was behaving differently when he was sick.' she thought.
'Bani tum jaldi se ghar chalo, sab tumko dekhna chahte hai, aur tumhare liye ek surprise bhi hai. Jai tum bhi chalo hamare saath. Maine tumhare driver ko nahin bulaaya hai because you are staying with us tonight. And I don't want to hear anything, samjhe.'
Aditya had a huge smile on his face, and Mr. Walia laughed back.
Bani was relieved. 'They both look much better when they smile, much better.'
Throughout their drive to Walia Mansion Aditya and Mr. Walia kept talking about business and discussed other topics. Bani was silent and kept wondering what kind of surprise Adi Uncle was talking about. They stopped in front of the Walia Mansion to see it was decorated with lots of lights. Bani and Mr. Walia were both surprised.
'Adi uncle yeh sab kya hai? Yeh sajawat kyu hai?
Aditya just smiled, and did not answer her questions. He took both of them inside.
Bani and Mr. Walia were soon surrounded by people hugging them and talking to them, firing on question after another. Finally Mausi asked why Mr. Walia was looking pale. He told them the truth, and told them how Bani took care of him. Bani found herself being showered by hugs an kisses. She looked up to Mr. Walia and saw him smiling at the way Mausi was treating her for 'saving her Munna's life'. Bani looked around. She thought she would see Mr. Walia's wife, after all her husband was away on a trip for over a week. Bani did not see her. Nor did she see Pia and Rano. 'Kya dekh rahi ho Bani.' Jigyasa asked.
'You must be looking for your sisters na? Well they are busy. Woh tumko shaam ko milengi, party me. Tab tak ke liye tum aur Jai jakar aaram kar lo. Party will start at eight and tumhare kapre room me hai Bani. Now hurry up and no protesting.'
Everybody started shooing both of them up the stairs. Bani went to her room, which was next to Mr. Walia's room in the Mansion. Bani knew that because she went in that room a few times with Mausi to clean it.
Both of them had a shower and got food from Tony in their rooms. They fell asleep and woke up when the sun had set.
At seven Karuna and Jigyasa barged into Bani's room to help her get ready in time and make sure she wore the clothes they had selected. They knew that Bani would make a lot of excuses to not wear these clothes. Bani stood on top of the stair when the party had started for half an hour in her white sari with silver stones scattered all over, a matching silver halter top, and silver stiletto's, wearing Jigyasa's diamond necklace and ear studs and glass churiyan on both her hands. She had light make-up on and her hear in loose curls. Jigyasa and Karuna both commented she looked like an angel.
When Bani stood on top of the stairs she heard a familiar voice through the speakers. She looked around and tried to locate the stage. There he was looking up the stairs, and he was announcing Bani's arrival.
Bani ran down the stairs towards him. Ranveer took her into a bear hug. Before she knew Ranveer kneeled down before her, holding her hand. Bani looked at him as if her life had drained out of her. Her eyes grew wider and wider in plain horror. The shock was clearly visable on her face for everybody in the room. But nobody in this room was more shocked than the man who was standing in his suit, next to the bar,holding a glass of scotch in his hand. The uncle of the man who was in the center of the room, kneeling before a lady with every pair of eyes fixed at them.
