Sorry for being late..Just read both the parts(27 n 28)..Both the parts were just brilliant..

Part 27:
I loved the way Jai handled Nikita..She truly is surprised to see that Jai is very calm about all the threatens..Just hope she doesn't find out that "bani" is the person whom Jai loves..
Loved their small talk on kids..Its good for them if their relationship is kept under covers until Jai gets a divorce from Nikita..
Regarding Pia n Rano's stance..I understand how they feel about the whole JB relationship..Even, if it was me I would have been in the same viewpoint as it is morally wrong..
I really feel bad for Bani..This is the first time she wants something in her life and that happiness is Jai...but this happiness also comes with so much of pain n hurt...

Part 28:
Oh..so they have their first "official" fight..I loved this Bani who stands up for her self-respect and dignity. I just hope Jai understands her view point..Though I understand what he is getting at, but its too early for him to do something like this.

Loved the way Bani made Pia, rano n Ranveer understand about her viewpoint in her relationship with Jai n that they are having the elders blessings..it was good to see the trio make an effort to talk to jai normally.

Looking forward to see how their fights ends? Who is going to take the first step?

Part 29

Bani cooled off in the garden for a while. When she came back she looked around the house to notice that Jai was gone. Peeking outside the window she found his car missing too. It made her angrier then she already was. The cooling off session seemed like a complete waist of time. Bani went into the kitchen and did what never failed to relax her. She started cooking. (okay guys, this is something I do when I am stressed out. I know it's weird but it really helps me)
Jai's explanation had startled her. He was trying to take care of her, something she found really adorable at first, but knowing that he was trying to get rid of his guilt stung like an thorn. She wondered if he was regretting anything and was trying to buy his way out of things. All these thought started getting into her head. Convincing herself that Jai loved her no matter what was getting really hard for her.

Jai was driving in the woods. He reached up to a point he knew was totally secluded. He opened the windows and turned the radio on, on the highest volume. He pulled back his chair and laid there, thinking for a few hours.
Jai could not comprehend what Bani wanted. Her words had hurt him badly, more then he would like to admit. It would have been so easy if she just signed the papers. Even if it was for him. Any other girl would do it. That is when it hit him. Bani was not any other girl. She was Bani, his Bani.
Jai pulled his seat up, turned off the radio and drove off as fast as he could.

Jai had been gone for over two hours. It was dark in the cottage, in spite of the lights. Bani wasn't feeling scared because of the darkness in the cottage , but she knew Jai drove off in anger. Jai was driving in that forest that seemed getting darker and darker every minute. Suddenly she heard the sound of a car. It stopped next to the door. Listening to the sound she knew it was Jai's car. Bani took a deep breath to calm herself. She took the papers form the dining table and placed them on the welcome mat in front of the door so Jai would see it directly when he came in. Bani walked towards the kitchen and started heating the food she made.

When Jai came in he saw the papers lying in front of him just in time. He picked them up when he saw Bani's signature on the required pages. Hearing some noise in coming from the kitchen he started looking for Bani there with the papers in his hand.
Bani was busy arranging plates and other things when Jai called her.
'Bani, yeh kya hai?'
Bani avoided looking at him and continued with her work.
'Yahaan se toh papers lagte hai, wahan se pata nahin.' She said in a dull way.
'I know that these are papers, I want to know why you signed.'
'I signed because otherwise you will take off again in the dark and do something stupid.' Bani replied.
Jai sighed. He never guessed that Bani's anger could reach such heights. But it bothered him the most that she wasn't even looking at him.
Jai walked up to her and held her by her shoulders.
'sign kyu kiya?'
'Aise hi.' Was the reply he got.
'Bani you don't have to sign this if you don't want to. Im sorry for all this. Mai tumhe thes nahin pahunchaana chaahta tha. Its just that I feel so guilty for putting you though all this. Mujhe pata hai ki tumne apna Mt. Abu ka ghar Pia aur Rano ke naam kar diya. Because of me you had to give up your house, because Pia wants to keep us away from there for some reason. I wanted to give you a house in return.

Bani finally looked at Jai's face. She put away the glasses she was holding.
'I did not give up the house for you. I did it for us. Pia insecure hai aur uske wajah se usne aisi maang ki. I don't get it myself too. She feels our relationship might be insulting mama and papa, and that house is their legacy. Pia does not know that papa and mama would be happy for us. Papa always said I will get the best in life and he was right. I got you. Papa loved you a lot too, haala ki mujhe baad me pata chala, but I know he loved you a lot. I am sure he would be happy we found each other. He might disapprove of our relationship now, but he would never question our love. I will never be able to replace that house in my heart and I don't expect you to do so. Mujhe aapse bas pyaar chaahiye aur kuch nahin. I know it will hurt you, lekin agar maine yeh sab accept kar liya to mujhe bahut ajeeb lagega. Signing the Mt. Abu property papers made me feel like I was actually paying for doing something wrong. Mujhe laga ki shayad mai sab ki nazron mein aapki………rakhail ban gayi aur uski sazaa mujhe mil rahi hai. Phir aapne is ghar ki aur shares ki baat ki. It made me feel so cheap '
Jai pulled her in an embrace.
'I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I don't want you to feel like that. Tum meri……you are not my mis…mistress. I really did not want to make you feel like that. It's just that I wanted to make sure you were safe in case anything happens to me. Yeh ghar hamare milne ka gawaah hai. Is par sirf tumhaara haq hai. That is why I wanted to transfer it in your name. And the shares are something you are entitled to. Karuna bhabhi, Rano and Pia have shares too because they are the daughters-in-law of the Walia family. Us hisaab se tumhe bhi tumhaara haq milna chaahiye, to secure that you have the same position as them. And………Bani if you don't sign on the papers than Nikita could make a claim on my property after my death. Tarun Bhai made sure that after you sign these documents she wont be able to touch anything that is mine and it will go to you. I cant do this in my will. If change my will in favour of you Nikita will still be able to file a lawsuit and freeze all my assets as my lawfully wedded wife..'
Bani tightened her hug. 'I don't want to do this. I don't want anything to happen to you.'
Jai looked into her eyes. 'Even if you don't sign I cant guaranty you that nothing will happen to me. But if you really don't want to sign this to mat karna. I don't want you to feel that made a compromise with you integrity. But remember, tum meri r….r…..rakhail nahi ho.'
Bani thought for a while. She looked at the papers. 'Theek hai, If you want to do this then I agree. But next time please tell me before you make such a drastic decision. Please. I don't want to feel like I am taking advantage of you '
Jai nodded in agreement. ' Shhhhh…. I will ask you.'

'Does Nikita know about this?' Bani asked pointing at the papers.
'yes she does. She had to sign as well, to give up her rights to my property.'
Bani was shocked. ' Aur woh maan gayi?'
A mischievous grin appeared on Jai's face. He let Bani go and turned around to hide to prevent Bani seeing him laugh.
' Usko maan na hi para.' He tried to say as casual as possible.
' Ow my God! Kya kiya aapne? You have done something na?'
Jai tried to sound innocent. 'Nahin.'
'Jhoot mat boliye. Turn around! I know you are lying.'
Jai turned around and started laughing. 'Bani maine aisa kuch nahin kiya, bas thora sa samjhaaya usko, aur woh maan gayi.'
Bani was frowning. Seeing Jai laugh made her want to laugh along with him, but that did not mean she agreed with how he must have treated Nikita.
'Why do I have a hard time believing you? Aap ne unko samjhaaya ya dhamkaaya?'
Jai's expression changed. ' You don't believe me. I am so hurt Bani. How can you not trust me.'
Bani put her hands on her hips and glared at Jai.
'Bas bhi kijiye!I want to know what you did. Aur agar aap yeh samajh rahe hai ki yeh nautanki kar ke mai apni baat bhool jaaungi toh aap galat samajh rahe hai.'
Jai pulled Bani toward him. He wrapped her arms around her waist and buried her head in the nape of her neck, placing soft kisses. Softly he whispered.
'Toh bhulwaane ke liye mujhe kya karna hoga?'
His warm breath was tickling Bani's skin.
Choriye.' Bani tried to get wriggle out of his embrace.
Jai moved his head to the other side of her neck, making a trail of kisses on the skin of her collarbone.
'No.'
'Khaana thanda ho raha hai.' Bani whispered.
'To?' Jai continued what he was doing.
' It's not working.' Bani whispered.
Jai stopped nuzzling her neck and looked into her eyes
'Then I'll just have to try harder.' Jai planted a soft kiss on her lips. He trailed his fingers from her to her back then up to her shoulder. Her dupatta fell on the floor, exposing more parts of her skin around her neck and collarbone which he caressed. His touch made her gasp in shock. Taking advantage of her lips parting in that moment he touched her tongue with his. Bani's hand moved towards his back, in to his hair. Feeling her touch Jai could not help but deepening his kiss by angling her head. What started as a soft kiss quickly turned into a passionate exploration of their lips and mouth with their hands working along. Their week long separation was showing it's effect. Jai slowly lowered the zip on the back of her dress and touched her bare skin. Bani moaned slightly. That one moan escaping from her mouth gave Jai a strange thrill. He slid her dress of one of her shoulders and lowered his head, kissing that area. Bani closed her eyes and held him as close as possible, reveling in his touch, in his love. Moving his lips over her cleavage he remembered how lovely his name sounded from her mouth. He looked up to see her closed eyes and her flushed face.
jai gently pushed her against a wall and clutched both her hands. Softly kissing her neck and earlobe he whispered 'Say my name, just once.'
Bani turned a different color of red. He continued placing kisses on her cheeks and neck. He noticed she did not heed his request.
' Please Bani, ek baar.' But still she did not grant his wish.
Suddenly she felt his teeth sink in to the skin of her shoulder, leaving a slightly red mark. He continued to do the same to her neck and her earlobe, this time a bit harder until she groaned his name. Again and again and again.
Jai smiled and rewarded her with a passionate kiss on her lips, exploring every corner of her mouth. He felt one hand against his chest, sliding underneath his jacket and pushing it of his shoulders. Her other hand moved under his shirt, softly touching and caressing his chest. While he lowered the zip of her dress completely, she opened the buttons of his shirt and placed soft kisses on across his chest. Jai felt her breath against his skin. Not being able take the torture anymore he lift her in his arms and moved towards their bedroom. Bani touched his face
'Careful, aap ka haath abhi poori tarah se theek nahin huwa hai.' she whispered.
' I don't care Bani. Ek hafte se har raat ko tumse baat karte karte phone ko seene se lagakar sota hoon. Aaj tumhe seene se lagaana chaahta hoon.'
Dinner turned cold for the second time that evening.
