Part 17
Finally the day that everyone has waited for has arrived, today is Jai and Bani's wedding and everyone in the household is busy with the last minute preparations. The wedding is held in Dixit Mansion and the bharat will be coming soon.
On the other hand Bani is in her room getting ready for her big day and there are many girls helping her. Suddenly someone came and told them the bharat is here and all the girls ran down to welcome them and at last Bani is left alone.
Bani is looking at herself in the mirror and cant believe its her cause she look so different in the wedding dress. Her heart is beating very fast and she is feeling very nervous cause today she is going to be someone's wife, daughter-in-law and many new relationships. She is just hoping that she can full fill all this responsibilities.
She was so busy in her thoughts that she didn't notice someone standing at the door watching her lovingly. Pushkar has been standing there and observing his little sis who is going to leave him and go to her husbands house, he is just praying that she will get all the happiness that she deserve. While watching her he remembered all the childhood memories and the time that they spend together while growing up and without realizing a drop of tear escape from his eyes.
Quickly composing himself he went near her and stood behind her and then only she realized that someone was in the room. She turned around and saw her brother and knew what he must be thinking and without saying anything they hug each other and he told her " Hamesha khush rehna aur tumhara is bhai ko bhol mat jana". Bani with tears in her eyes replied " Bhaiyya aise mat kahiye mein to hamesha apki choti behen rahogi aur ye hak koi be mujhse nehi chen sakta aur thank u bhaiyya hamesha mera saath dena kaliye".
He broke the hug and said " Bani ek baat yaad rekhna mein hamesha tumhara saath hi rahoga aur jab bhi tumko is bhai ki zaroorat pheri mein hazir rahoga aura b yeh sab choro aur dekho meine tume ruladiya aur ek baat batao". Bani asked 'kya'. Pushkar replied "Aaj tum bohot khubsoorat lag rehi mein to darta ho ke Jai ke hosh hi na urjaya. At this comment Bani got all shy and just hugged her brother.
Soon the panditji asked to call the bride so all the girls went up to escort the bride while Jai was sitting in the mandap waiting for his bride. Jai was wearing a sherwani and looking dashing he was also feeling nervous but very happy cause today he is going to marry the love of his life. He was looking at the scarlet fire in front of him when he heard the sound of payal and girls giggling. When he turned around he just couldn't breath cause the women in front of him was looking like an angel send by god. Bani was being brought downstairs by her parents and when she looked at Jai their eyes looked and she couldn't help but blush as he was openly staring at her.

Jai was brought back to earth when he heard the pandit saying mantras and soon Bani sat beside him and the wedding ritual started. Jai kept stealing glances of Bani once a while but she was concentrating on the fire in front of them. The pandit told them to stand for pheres and while taking the saat pheres Jai took hold of Banis hand and promised to fulfill all the duties as a husband and be loyal to this relationship.
Once the pheres was over they sat down and the panditji told Jai to put the sindoor on Banis maang and mangalsutra on her neck. When Bani felt the sindoor on her maang she closed her eyes and prayed that "yeh sindoor meri maang se kabhi nehi ujra aur iske laaj mein hamesha rakhogi". Once the mangalsutra was tied on her neck by Jai she looked at his eyes and saw only love and respect for her and she knew that she is the luckiest person on the earth.
Soon they took ashirwad from the elders and the wedding was complete. Jai was so happy that finally he is married to the women of his dreams. Bani on the other hand was happy and sad. Happy cause she got a loving husband and sad cause she has to leave the house that she grew up in and leave her family. They was still sitting in the hall when Jai was searching for his shoes and couldn't find.
Raashi came to him and said "Devarji aap ko apne jhootha nehi milna wala". Jai was confused and asked "Kyon bhabhi". Raashi replied " Paise do jhootha lo". Jai was like "Bhabhi aap to mera side ho aur aap hi mujhe loot na chathi ho". Raashi said "Are bahein hone ka farz nebana hoga na mujhe…….ab acha bacho ke tara paise do". But Jai was like this is not fair and everyone who was watching this kept laughing and told Jai u better give or u have to go back bare foot. At last Jai lost and he got nicely robbed by his saalis.
Soon the bidai happen with a lot of crying cause Bani was always their laadli beeti especially his fathers. Bani also cried a lot but Pushkar came to her and told her don't cry we are always there for her and always be happy. Pushkar went to Jai and told him "Jai tumhe apni jaan dehraho ise hamesha khush rakhna". Jai in return hugged Pushkar and promise to always keep Bani happy.
They got into the car and headed to Walia Mansion. Bani was still sobbing a little in the car but Jai took hold of her hands and told her he is always there for her. Bani was overwhelmed and just hugged him and he calmed her down. Soon they have reached Walia Mansion and got down of the car.
Raashi greeted them at the door and took their arti and Bani kicked the rice pot and entered in with her right foot and marked her entrance with the red kumkum. They all sat in the living room and completed all other wedding rituals. By the time they finished all the rituals it was late at night so everyone decided to retire for the night and Raashi and Jigyaasa took Bani to her room soon followed by Jai.
