Why does Meera call Karuna and Jig Auntie

One thing I fail to understand, Meera is supposed to be Jai's friend's sister, then why does she call Karuna and Jigyasa Auntie. Bani's mother knew Jai, sort of family friend so she called him Mr Walia as he was her boss too, and Jigyasa Autie...what reason does Meera have...other than just copying Bani...as it is her very presence is irritating...clone😡

Cloning at its best… The Creatives want her to look like Bani in nature and behavior…But unfortunately we audience are not such fools to accept every crap they dish out… Meera is not Bani and cannot be Bani… No second thoughts!!!

i thought with marriage karuna becomes sister 9Jai'a cousin) and Jigs too should be sister, isn't that how relationships work, we have definite names so we know which side of the family or relationship we talk about ie masi, bhua, chacha, mama...i guess its a new trend....
