The beautiful arrangement of white lilies was returned back to Jai's office with a note, I think you need this more than me Mr Walia. Unlike you I don't have a guilty conscious. Jai banged his head on the desk mumbling "mei maar gaya."
The chocolates too came back with a card. This time Bani had really gone out of the way to let him know what a fool he had been. He was in the process of devouring his six chocolate that Adi walked in. Looking at half eaten box of chocolates Adi remarked, "Jai are you celebrating some good news alone?"
"No just feeding my depression with sugar." Jai barked.
"Isn't that something the women do. Ahem don't you feel you could be like…who is that guy…Mel…last name yaad nahi aata…"
"Gibson." Jai hissed.
Adi finished off his thought, "Mel Gibson in the movie…What Woman Wants…very funny movie. To know the inner secrets of a woman, now wouldn't that make the life easier."
"I am not being Mel Gibson…I know what my woman…" Jai trailed off miserably.
Adi picked up the card and read the lines and burst out laughing. Jai glowered at him, "saala meri haal nahi dekhta aur Bani ki card par kar hasne laaga. Get out Aditya Bali."

ps if you are planning a romantic dinner at a retaurant forget it…you'll be eating romantic dinner alone.
Adi laughed some more and said, "Kya kamaal ki hai teri biwi, absolutely dham dhama dham. A guy comes near your wife and you pagla jump to wrong conclusion. Hey I think you should borrow the book you gave Ranveer, 'The ABC of Marriage'. You really need desperate help Jai."
Jai picked up paperweight from his desk and raised his hand as if to throw, "You namaak haraam, pouring salt on my bleeding heart….chup chap nikaal jaa…nahin toh…" Adi quickly exited slamming the door.
A while late Rano came to the office to call him for a meeting. Seeing the flowers she remarked, "Nice flowers Mr Walia. I guess the groveling worked."
A dark look from the boss and she realized he was still in deep waters. Feeling sorry for him she asked, "what else did you try"
"Chocolates! And before you ask where they are, I ate them all."
"Well all that sugar must be making your brain gallop like a horse. Haven't you come with any ideas at all about how to pacify your biwi?" The question remained unanswered.
"Well I am sure we can think of something but first you have a meeting to attend. First floor conference room…We hope to you there in few minute." Rano smiled and
left.
Rest of the day the work tied him down a little, but in between he did rack his brains to come up with hacker proof solution to his problem…no Microsoft Windows solution here, if all fails reboot the pc.
And so it was in the late afternoon, Jai Walia called the publisher of Love Games 101 to find out the author Sheena Row's phone number or email…may be she can give him an idea of how to patofy his rani….

Carefully following the plan laid out by Sheena, Jai left his office and got his driver to drop him off at the Harley-Davidson India. A spanking new 2008 model, red FLHTC Classic bike was waiting for him. The manager handed him the keys and a bag which contained designer jackets for him and her, compliments of the management. Rocky the mechanic at the shop took Jai out for the test ride.
Hour later, Jai complete with his Harley-Davidson jacket parked the bike outside AD Group offices. The staff at the offices gawked at Jai dressed in jeans and biker jacket. Couple of the guys who had spied the bike parked outside, rushed outside and admired the bike and soon a crowd had gathered around the bike.

Jai had colluded with Pushkar and AD and made sure Bani was not occupied with any work and therefore Bani was surprised to see Jai walking in with a gift bag. Handing her the gift, Jai watched as she took out the jacket and threw a suspicious glare at him. "Yeh kya hai Jai."
Jai smirked and said, "Jacket! I am taking you for a ride. Put the jacket on and lets go."
Crossing her arms, she said, "I don't want to go anywhere with you. I am still mad. Don't think you are forgiven just because you bought me a jacket."
Scooping her up, Jai snapped, "Well if you want to do it this way, no problem. One way or other we are going for a ride."
Jai strode out of the office carrying Bani in his arms. Seeing all her co-workers staring at her, Bani hid her face in his chest and asked him to put her down.
The staff whooped and whistled at the pair. Bani was too embarrassed to look at anyone and told Jai, she will get him for this. Jai just laughed and said he will look forward to his punishment.
The crowd parted as Jai walked up to the bike. Putting Bani down and held the jacket out for her to put on. Sitting down on the bike, he asked her sit behind him. With every one watching Bani had no option but to get on the bike and as Jai revved up the bike she clung to him tightly as they zoomed off.
Ten minutes later Bani's nerves had calmed down enough for her to look ahead and asked Jai, "Where are we going?'
Jai just turned on the Harmon/Kardon audio system and said "This is where we are going."

Bani could not believe Jai could be serious about going to Khandala on the bike and asked loudly. "Are you serious? We are going to Khandala on the bike?"
Over the noise of the bike, Jai shouted, "Yep. You better hang on tight because once I am clear off the city, we are going to fly."
