Just remembered this ghazal -

zindagi yoon huyi basar tanha
kaafila saath aur safar tanha

apne saaye se chaunk jaate hain
umr guzri hai is kadar tanha

raat bar bolthe hain sannaate
raat kaate koi kidhar tanha

din guzartha nahin hai logon mein
raat hothi nahin basar tanha

humne darwaaze tak tho dekha tha
fir na jaane gaye kidhar tanha

That's a beautiful ghazal. Who sang it? Mind if I use it in one of the chapters? The words brought tears to my eyes. Whoever wrote it is a genius!

a wonderful story so far, felt really sad for Bani, I hope Saira and Sohel will be good friends of her. I am glad she has full support of her family in these dire times...

Her emotions were etched so beautifully...Her unwavering belief that he is still alive makes one believe in true love...

Hi Anam,

I am glad you liked the ghazal. Its one of my favourites. Its rom an album called Marasim (which means relationships) and is penned by Gulzar, and sung by Jagjit Singh. And I agree Gulzar is a genius! 👏👏👏

You may of course use it dear. It would simply be great.

Please update soon though I creid yesterday after reading all three parts.

i read all the chapters in one go and i was almost crying 😭 this is first FF which made me cry this much 😭 from the first part this FF is heart wretching poor bani missing jai so much so as everyone else.

jai is not there when she needs him the most and poor jai is not there to hsare the biggest happiness of their life 😭

i think jai will come back and he would have survived in the storm 😳 bring him back soon, i cant see so much sadness 😭
