Jigyasa and Karuna enter a mansion, Karuna comments on the magnificence of the house to which Jigyasa says that she should remain quiet at such high profile places. Some secretaries take her in and the female i.e. Lady Chatterjee is looking at them from a distance and Bani from a CCTV. She is sitting on a thrown and has a mic attached with which Bani is giving her instructions. Lady Chatterjee see's Jigs and says this isn't Jigyasa, to which she is told she is. Lady Chatterjee thought it was her secretary. Karuna is called Jigyasa's secretary and no one objects. She has an expression of disgust on her face. Some more female enter and they all have high profile backgrounds. She takes them to another room which is filled with diamond jewellery. She picks up a neck piece and asks them to guess the price. She asks Jigs to guess it, to which Jigyasa says something like 50 lakhs, to which Lady Chatterjee laughs and says its 5 crores. A piece falls down and Lady lets it go. Jigyasa keeps standing there and when she is asked why she says a comment like good it fell down, it was cheap any which way.
Bani says that Jigyasa is falling for the plan. Lady gets out a plan of a mansion, which one female wants to buy. Lady says the problem is everyone wants to buy the island so she doesn't know how to decide. They decide to auction. All of them say a quoted price. All of them have ear pieces and Bani tells them to utsao Jigyasa, which they successfully do. Jigyasa quotes 10 million as the rate, which the Lady immediately agrees to. Jigyasa gets tongue tied and wants not to buy it but however Lady pays no heed. She is speechless. Jigyasa thinks to herself that she can't move behind now and she says she can make a resort there.
Lady goes to Durga and Durga tells her well done. She gives Lady a file to take Jigyasa's signature's on. They are the Walia property papers. Lady says that now Jigyasa will keep on dreaming of the island, not realizing her accounts as well as the roof over her head is going to be Bani's soon.
Lady Chatterjee is walking in an office and so is Jai. They bang into each other and the file in Lady's hand fall down and Jai sees them. They are the Walia property papers. Jai says Bani took them again but he is happy cos Bani's happiness is his happiness.
All the females tell Jigyasa how lucky she is to have got the island when all of them wanted it so bad. Lady makes Jigyasa sign the papers. Jigyasa tells Lady to sign them too, but she says she can't since her manicured nails would get spoiled. Lady says she will come to the WM and sign the papers and also hand over the keys to Jigyasa. Jigs says that she just wants the deal to get sealed. Lady tells Jigyasa that doesn't she trust her and that if that is the case the deal should get cancelled. Lady picks up the papers to tear them but Jigyasa stops her. She finally agrees to the Lady coming over tomorrow and signing the paper.
Aditya is shouting at Jigyasa and asking her how could she sign just like this, without saying. Even Nachiket says that he hasn't heard of any such island to which Jigyasa says that is their geography so good, that they have heard of all islands. She says she has seen the pictures herself and has met Lady also. She says that the island is as grand as the woman herself. Karuna agrees with that and everyone has an expression of 'Oh man she has done it again' on their faces. Jigyasa tells them about how she has plans of starting a hotel chain now and so on and so forth.
Lady enters the house and Jigyasa is all excited. She asks the Lady for the papers but when Jigyasa see's the papers she is shocked. They are the eviction order papers. Everyone is shocked and Jigyasa questions Lady telling her that she wanted the keys and papers. Lady says that these are the papers and then Bani enters with some keys.
