Crime Law is basically when you do a crime, like killing someone or causing death, Rape, Land theft et all. It is always prosecuted by the State, never by a private party. The Mens Rea which is guilty mind should be there while doing it. Family Law is where your marriage, divorce et. all are included! Mainly domestic issues, adoption and things like that! gd one yar

Yes in some cases i do like terrorist activities when you are found guilty etc, or even in a case like Jessica Lal for that matter!

I disagree to it completely cos it is a very very generalised statement. It is the influence of some movies on people. Also acc. to me when you are fighting a case, the job is to make your client win and that doesnt necessarily constitute as lies!
