Case against Durga Walia

In logical situation Jai could have been easily proved innocent. Infact it should be Mrs. Durga Walia who should have been in trouble for conspiracy against India's # 1 businessmen.

She is the one who replaced his intended wife Pia & cheted Mr. Walia into marrying her.

Her friend with whom she stayed for 5 yrs 7 almost got married prepared papers for Jai & Durga's divorce just a day before & asked for Walia's 1/2 property. It was Durga who was going to sign the divorce not Jai .They have been married only for few days so her intention in this marriage is clear.

Jai Walias son was drugged at AD's house who as said above was Bani's fiance'. BTW the kids are Jai Walias from his former dead wife Bani Walia. Durga Walia is not their natural or legal mother.

The press still calls her Aadarsh indian wife& him a shame?

i think whatever step durga/bani is taking now is perfect bcoz only through this she can save propery from jigyasa and jai from pia and get back her childrens

Still does not justify conspiracy or any such criminal acts. Bani is behaving like Pia and I have very little sympathy for criminals. Bani should take the kids and leave but all these made up charges are petty and mean. Mean people are awful.

One thing I liked about Bani's speech to Jai today was one of the things she wants to destroy is Jai's love for Pia.Which tells me that she is jealous about JP relationship. Love is always the basis of such jealousy.No matter how much she denies she still loves Jai.

She has faced lot of problems, though Jai had a relation with Pia (well it's other thing is he was drugged & committed that mistake) but the kid of pia is Jai's after knowing this also she excused & loved him & didn't even say a single word against him, after knowing the truth. Then she was accused for Sahil's murder case & sent to MA. her kids were snatched from her immediately after delivering, may be she didn't even see her kids faces properly. She also have to change her recognition to Durga from Bani. Then who will bear all these, definitely from Bani's point of view she is right whatever she is doing, coz she didn't knew the truth that JW did all these to save her from lifetime imprisonment. What u say guyz, so don't blame Bani who has beared a lot, initially when she was married to JW, he tortured her, pointed out her character etc & etc, in that situation also she cared about JW & lit love in his life. I am with you one this one honey...the only thing about Durga that annoys me is that she is not thnking of her kids or from their POV...her being a bi*ch to JW is all justified.

even like to add jai had crossed all the limits he used to call her dhandewali n even said once that prostitutes r better than her n when massi came he asked bani to act in front of her even after throwing her out of the house n when repto said she carries his child he went ahead n fulfilled her demands n lied to bani 😡

jai has always taken his sweet time to decide wht he wants n his priorities in his life 😡
