Bani got married to JW in the name of Durga. definitely according to her plan she will divorce him and go back to her 'paraye huye apne' parivaar. but mind it just now she got marrried to him! at this point of time if she gets the divorce then she will have no benefit forget about revenge! she can't claim the custody of her children since she will pose herself as Durga and not Bani, the real mother. so why would the court pass a judgement in favour of a few months old step-mother?? the kids will go to JW automatically.
secondly if she thinks that signing the divorce papers so soon (mind it she was surprised too with the announcement) will be a direct attack on JW then she is confused i must say. because according to her and her saviour, JW loves Pia, so getting the divorce will be the best thing for him. but if he is hurt in the whole process that means he still loves her.
now coming to money matters, she had past experience that if JW wants he can turn the case to his favour. so why waste divorce papers?? enjoy your marriage dear...
