Pia is getting ready and Karuna comes and asks her why is she so happy. Pia replies that she is going to the most happening party, the party where Durga hands over divorce papers to Jai.
Jigyasa is at the lawyers asking the lawyer to annul Rano and Ranveer's marriage. He tells her that there is no need for that since their marriage is illegal as Raashi didn't divorce Ranveer and she is alive. the same time, a junior lawyer comes and gives the lawyer Bani and Jai's divorce papers. The Lawyer leaves them on the table and leaves. Jigyasa goes and takes a Xerox of those and commends AD's efforts.
She reaches home and announces to everyone how Bani is after the property with AD and that they should stop her from going to meet him at the party. Everyone is surprised and Jai enters. He tells her how everyone knows she hates Bani. She says she does but she is a Walia too and is going to stop her property from getting divided. Nachiket says that they are all going for a picnic and Bani is also coming with the kids. Jigyasa and Aditya argue over what Jigs wants and she shuts him up.
Jai goes to AD's house with the divorce papers and tells him that he cant separate Bani and Jai just like that. It will take more than a few papers to do so. He says that though all is fair in love and war, Bani and his love is above all of that. He tells him that no one from the Walia family will come to the party. He burns the divorce papers and leaves.
Jai reaches WM and announces that he had gone to AD's house to let him know that no one will come to his party in the evening.
Bani is getting dressed and comes down with Krishna and Atharva and announces that Jai is no one to make any decision for her or her kids. She states that she is leaving for the party and if anyone else wishes to come, they are most welcome to do so. She goes to the party and meets everyone. All are happy to see her. Soon the entire Walia family also reaches. Jai asks Atharva were Bani is. He meets AD and AD asks him how come everyone is here. Jai tells AD that he has come to make sure AD's game plan is not successful. AD shows him the divorce papers and he is surprised at seeing them, since according to him they were burnt. AD says any move if cleverly made is always successful and by the end of the party JB will be history.
Jigyasa comes and congratulates AD on his feat and marvels at how he has done so without her help.
