Technically its not Ekta killing the show its the person who writes the script and dialogues.. with the amount of shows Ekta has got runnin at the same time she can not possibly write this show and the others.. she just pays for every episode and the wages of actors spot boys, designers, make up people, jewelers etc

as for the destruction of Pia.. i dont think its far off to be honest.. the Turkey trip should help pick things up
