Part 5

A few days passed, with Jai and Bani getting close, and by now Raj and Henna were officially a couple as well! 😉 Bani felt like she had known these people for a lifetime, and they weren't treating her like someone new. But more like one of the 'gang', something Bani really appreciated. Raj had noticed how close Jai and Bani were getting, and getting all protective (he's like a brother to Bani..) he decided to talk to Jai..

The talk 😆

Raj: Jai, I have something to tell you.. I just want you to promise me that you'll never let a tear drop from Bani's eyes.. She trusts you, and I hope she's right in doing so.. I know, you're a good guy, and we've been friends for ages, but Bani is my responsibility as long as she stays here, and even after that for that matter! And I trust that you'll keep her happy too, but I just wanted to get things straight before blaming anyone else later.. I've seen her upset once in my life, after she lost her father, and that's definitely not a state I want to see her in again. She very easily takes things to her heart, and tries to find out what she did wrong to make things happen as they did! Even if it's not her fault at all!

I might not have been with her from her childhood till today, but a very big part of my life has involved her, and I think I know here well enough to say that she would never ever break your trust, so I hope she can expect the same from you?! 👏👏

Jai: Wow, Raj.. I'm stunned! 😲 Henna does have an affect on you then? 😉 But I promise you Raj, I'll do everything I possibly can to make her smile..

Raj: Jai, I'm glad you understand.. If I had been you, I would have kicked me for even mentioning it, but then again, I'm glad you're not like that < =text/> ! 😆

Jai: Raj, and you keep Henna smiling like that too?

Raj: No problem! She smiles whenever she sees me anyways! 😃😉

The last exam was coming up, and all the girls were sitting in Bani's room revising for it together.. And the boys..? Well, boys will be boys! 😆

'Knock knock'

Laxmi looked frightened around the room, as she couldn't get where the sound was coming from! (bechari bachi! 😆)

'Knock knock' followed by 'Bani.. Bani.. Are you there?'

Rano stood up and went to the window where the voice was coming from. She took the curtains to each side, to face all the guys leaning against the window, while Jai was the one knocking on it!

Rano: Let us read! You know, the final paper is coming up, and just cause you don't want to revise doesn't mean others won't either!

The rest of the girls (Bani, Henna and Laxmi) turned around towards the window as well..

Bani: Raj? What are you even doing sneaking by the window, when you could just have knocked on the door anytime?! This is your house remember? 😆

Raj: She has a point guys! Follow me! We're going in! Uff.. Ranveer and his stupid ideas! 😉😆

Ranveer: Kya, maine kya..

He was left openmouthed, but just followed the rest..

Moments later they heard aa knock on the door..

Henna (looking at Bani): You asked for trouble! Now go and open the door!

Bani did so..

Raj: What's up with you girls? Reading reading reading!

Rano (still irritated): I bet you haven't even started reading yet

Raj: Rano ji, for your information I have! And I'm even finished! I've heard that reading the day before your exam is not good.. You even forget whatever you've practised before!

Rano: And who told you that?

Nachiket: Just stop it, both of you! We just came to ask if you wanted to go for a party?

Rano: Party?! Now?! Have you gone crazy? We have to revise! Who goes to a party the day before an exam? 😕

Raj: We do! What say, the rest of you? (getting an ugly stare from Rano!) 😛

Henna: Raj, we could take a break, but a party? I don't know..

Laxmi (liking the idea of not revising anymore 😆): We'll compromise, ok? Kisi party me nahi jate, lekin ek movie dekh lete he.. Yahan ghar me hi..

Henna: And we get to choose the movie!

Nachiket: What? I bet you're going to choose a Salman Khan movie! A movie where you can say awww in between every line!

Henna: You were the ones who wanted to do something! Now don't complain! We're picking a movie, and that's final!

Raj: Jo bhi tum kaho!

All laugh, and the guys go to get popcorn etc, while the girls decide on which movie to watch.. (If you wanted to know why Jai and Bani didn't have a single line in the scene above, that was cause they were to busy staring at each other to care what happened around them! 😉😆)

Nachiket: Nahi, not KKHH! That's the most typical movie ever! I bet all of you've seen it more then once!

Laxmi: True! But that's our choice! Now make place for me to sit..

Jai and Bani sit together, and Laxmi sits next to Jai followed by Nachiket. Henna and Raj sits on pillows in front of them, and Rano and Ranveer sits on each side of the sofa (Rano next to Bani and Ranveer next to Nachiket)

Loved the whole scene.. Poor Laxmi and Ranvir.. left confused over everything..

Raj is really sweet.. loved the 'talk' 😆😆😆 i wouldve thought they wouldve got the beer out 😆 only messing..

so JB stare at eachother whilst the others chat.. good good good 😆
