Character description
Jai Walia: 20 years, adored by every girl in his university 😉, but he think they're fake and only like him because his father is a rich businessman. He lives alone in India (mother and father living in US)
Bani Dixit: A very shy and reserved girl. Family is her first priority...
(Both Jai and Bani are much like they're in the show, but younger..)
Raj: Bani's cousin and Jai's friend...
Henna: Bani, Jai and Raj's friend.. Now Raj's would-be wife.. 😉
Veer: Bani's brother..

University
'That's for messing with my friend!' said Jai, and laughed at Karan, the school's bully, lying the pool…
Roshni (no, not the one in the serial, lack of names...😆): That wasn't a nice thing to do, was it Jai?
Raj: Roshni, I would normally agree with you there, but Karan truly deserved it this time!
Jai: Yeah, this is the only way he'll learn... And besides look at him; wouldn't miss out a chance to see him like this?! (Yeah, Jai's not all st. himself…😈😉)
They laughed more while Karan just walked away in anger…

University - lunch time
Raj: So, Jai when are you going to US?
Jai: Don't know yaar… Saach me, I don't want to go... I have my whole life here…
Nachiket: Don't you worry buddy.. Hum tumse milne ate rahenge.. Humari itni yaad nahi aegi..
They all just laugh, and go to their class..

Phone conversation
Bani's mom (Radha): To agar Bani aapke saath wahan rahe, to koi problem nahi hogi?
Raj's mom : Kaisi baat kar rahi ho? Of course not.. Who humari bhi beti jaisi he.. Aur yahan college me Raj bhi uske khyaal rakhe ga.. I'll tell him when he gets home..
Radha: Theek hai.. Aur thanks! Tumhe to pata hi he ki kal muhje Veer se milne US jana he.. Accha hoa ki who tumhare saath reh sakti he.. Didn't want to leave her home alone, aur saath bhi nahi ja sakti.. Uski parhai adoori reh jayegi..
Raj's mom: Theek hai, me rakhti hoon.. Lagta he Raj ghar agaya..
Raj walks in, and is on his way up when his mom calls him..
Raj's mom: Raj beta, idhar ana..
Raj: Yes mom.. Kya he?
Raj's mom: Who kal Bani a rahi he yahan.. Kuch dehr tak woh humare hi saath rahegi.. Do you mind showing her around the university and make her feel welcome?
Raj: Bani a rahi he? Sure mom, I'll take full care of her.. 😃 Pata nahi kitne salon baad dekhonga usse.. Remember we used to play together when we were younger, ab to woh mere umar ki hi hogi..?
Raj's mom: Haan. Woh tumse bas ek saal choti he.. Aur kal yaad rakhna.. 😉

Raj's house
Next day Bani comes to Raj's house.. Raj and his mother shows her around the house, and take her to her room.. Raj stays there talking to his cousin while his mother goes to prepare food..
Raj: You will love the uni! Which subjects are you taking, by the way?
Bani: Chemistry, physics, math and..
Raj: Woah! Smart girl! Baki saab to theek hai, lekin is physics ki class me tumhe akele jana padega.. I hate physics! (Me too Raj..🤢)
Bani: Oh..
Raj: But don't you worry! I'll show you around there, and you'll make friends in no time! And yeah, you can meet my friends tomorrow too! They're really cool.. Jai, Nachiket and Ranveer.. I'm sure you'll like them..

University
Raj was late in getting up, and Bani stood waiting for him.. When he finally woke up, he realised they were going to be late, and ran 'dragging' Bani along..
Raj: Yeh lo Bani, tumhari Chemistry class.. Me jaa raha hoon.. Pehle hi itna late ho gaya..
Running slowly towards the other end of the corridor, getting his shirt right..
Raj: Aur Bani, we'll meet in the cafeteria during luch time, ok?
All Bani could do was nod, before he turned the other way again..

Lunch time
When Bani's class was finished, she tried finding her way to the cafeteria, but had trouble in doing so.. She asked people and finally find her way towards the cafeteria.. Jai, Raj and friends were already in the cafeteria…
Jai: Aaj phir late? Raj, no wonder you're having trouble keeping up, half of the time you're missing..
Raj: Ey, I'm there when something important happens.. If I sleep at home or in class, kya farkh padhta he? And I'm sure Mrs. Kakkad wouldn't mind me being gone..
Jai: Raj, you'll never change! But when are we meeting this Bani you talked about yesterday?
Raj: Oh sh*t! I forgot! I told her to meet us here, but she doesn't even know the way! Ek minute me abhi aya.. God, mom's going to kill me..
And he ran towards the exit leaving his friends laughing..
Bani entered the cafeteria right after Raj left, but didn't notice him as it was to crowded.. She looked around the room, but couldn't see Raj anywhere..
'Jai, he's going to get kicked sometime..' Bani heard someone say.. Jai.. The name sounded familiar..
Bani (thinking): Yeah, that's one of Raj's friends.. I remember him telling me yesterday.. Raj bhi wahan hi hoga..
She walks towards the group of friends.. But both Jai and Bani doesn't see each other as Jai's sitting with his back towards Bani.. She's right behind Jai, and about to pat him on his shoulder asking about Raj, when Raj suddenly enters. He sees Bani's back and recognizes her.
Raj (screaming.. 😆 umm.. sort of): Bani!
Jai hears Raj's voice, and turns around..
