Wasn't rano's kid handicaped?

Her kid looked normal in last two episodes.

Is it an another blooper?

He was never handicapped...not even when he was born. I think the doctor said that he had high chances of being born handicapped b/c Rano got hurt a lot when she was pregnant.

Sahil was giving away his kid in the hospital to abilasha's so called father because the kid was handicaped.
