RanRan's conversation

So maybe I'm reading too much into this, but do you think that Ranveer has started caring for Rano and vice versa? His conversation with her in today's episode definitely made it seem that way. "I can't tell you how happy I am to see that you are ok".

He was the first one to go see her and he went alone. Also he stayed back when the doctor was called from Rano's room. Again, I could be reading too much into this, but I think there is a sign that the two are getting closer, knowingly or unknowingly...

Any thoughts?

P.S. I came up with RanRan in an earlier post, RR got to be too confusing as it could be Ranveer Rano or Ranveer Raashi.
