'im bk!!' Bani screamed..
'ah, just in time..'
'well I couldn't be late for this next client, they've been driving me mad!'
'kaun' not looking up staring blankly at the file..
'woh, baldy..' she said putting down her bags and hanging her jacket,
' uska naam hai.. baldy nahin.. I think you mean Mr. Sijha..'
'haan haan woh, hurry up!! Come on… why are you looking at my face, kya make up karab ho gaya kya?' walking towards the mirror behind Jai,
'nay er, you got..' moving closer then with his thumb wiped off a smudge 'sorry, its just it was irritating..' He confessed,
'Its ok, don't worry about it.. I think it was chocolate anyway, cuz when I was out, I went to the corner shop, and I bought chocolate and my' she stopped abruptly '… sorry what time is it now?' changing the subject..
'and ur?..' jai encouraged
'Kuch nahin, come on we're getting late, hurry up..' she hurried off..
After the meeting everyone had gone home, pleased that their efforts didn't go to waste, however Bani was still working on another project catching up after she left Jai at 2.30pm.
Tap tap tap.. Bani was jolted out of her sleep with paper stuck to the side of her head… 'Kaun hai' quickly she picked up a vase that was to the left of her and aimed aimlessly at the figure before her..
'OW! BANI!!!'
'AAP! What are you doing in the middle of the night? Aree wah, you didn't expect me to hurt you, you were coming in to the office like you're a thief!! Mein to dar gaye, did it hurt a lot?'
'LIGHT ON KARO!' Jai screamed in pain holding his head, the lights came on and Jai watched Bani picking up the pieces off the ground. 'Kya kar rahe ho, call a doctor.. im bleeding half to death and all you can think about was that vase!'
'haan, don't shout, whenever someone shouts I switch off, keep that in mind'
Getting Jai's phone out of his blazer she started dialing away, 'Haan, come to the office.. Oh haan, Mr.Walia ko chot aye hain, come and clean it up please, we are at er the office, it's a long name I cant remember, its opposite the dabba'
'Walia mansion kaho..' Jai whispered still in pain..
'Haan WALIA MANSION! Come to that place' Bani put her thumb up at Jai. She put down the phone and rushed to his assistance.
'kaha dard ho raha hai' she asked innocently, smiling a little
'don't ask! Can you drive?'
'of course, I was..' she was interrupted
'I didn't ask your life story, ok now heres the keys to my car, becareful now, your always causing trouble, I want to get home in one piece, chalo Mausi ko phone karo'

Jai walked to the house gingerly helped by Bani.. Sahil and the others came rushing to help jai
'Munna kya hua?'
'WOH..' Bani butted in 'kuch nahi gir gaye the' looking at the floor, sliding her feeet back and forth then at Sahil.. showing him the eye
'I FELL?! When?' Jai mocked
'Sir, I hope you haven't got amnesia' pleading with her eyes, hoping Jai wouldn't let the tale out.. 'Doctor is coming, don't worry mausi' Bani reassured..
'chalo mamaji ill help you up to your room' sahil spoke
'Do you want some help from me too' Bani asked
'NO! im perfectly fine, you can go home in our company car, Sahil will drop you home, you can go, you don't have to come in tomorrow, im perfectly fine, my family will help me recover.. you don't worry, and yeh, when ever you feel like your being followed don't use a VASE!' he limped off up the stairs, still holding his head, leaving Bani smiling sheeply to mausi whom looked confused.
'Beti kya hua tha?' she asked again
'kuch nahi, woh, er vase lag gaya tha'
'how?'
Yawning and stretching Bani answered lazily 'Mausi, Jai sir will tell you in the morning ill wait near the car for Sahil. I'll drop by tomorrow..' she waved and sprinted towards the door.
'oye billo.. kaun thi?' Daadi walked up to mausi holdin her shoulder for support
'Jai ki PA, kuch garbar hain'
Moments later the doctor came in and prescribed Jai some medicines and strict bed rest for 7 days.

Next day
'Acha hua tum agaye'
'maam whom would you like to meet?' Tony, the butler asked
'Aree yeh pakru'she dumped the files into Tony's gloved hands
'er Maam, mein'
'Chup.. come on follow me, actually ill follow you, Jai sir ke kamre mein jana hai, I need him to sign all them' waving at the bundle of papers
'He cant sign anything for 7 days, he is taking complete bed rest till then..'
'KYA! Wat'll happen to the office?' she asked in disbelief 'ok direct me to sir room and the study.. Kya naam bataya tumne?'
'Tony, ghar ka butler' they started walking towards the stairs
'You were born in India right?' she asked
'yep in Delhi' stuggling wiv the papers up the staircase, Sahil coming from out of his room, watching and drinking his juice from the balcony
'phir bhi you have an English name??!!' Sahil leaned forward onto the balcony waiting for Tony to answer..
'Maam my real name is Tarmeet, but circumstances lead me to change my name' he answered wondering why he was answering a complete stranger, up above Sahil was laughing his head off..
'SAHIL!' Bani screamed and rushed towards him 'kya hua, why are you laffing so much, kuch hua kya?'
'Tarmeet!!' pointing with one hand and holding his stomach with the other. A shy Tony walked off placing the files and then indication to Bani about Jai's room. She nodded appreciatively and held Sahil by the arm and pulled him along..
After arriving at the door.. Bani pushed Sahil in and waited at the door peeping through every so often to see what was happening
'Idiot zoor se bohlo!'
'Whats happening here then?' Mausi crept upon Bani, scaring her
'I was just checking – hot or cold?'
'cold' mausi smiled and walked off..
Inside the room
'Mamaji, how do you feel this morning?' Sahil asked
'tumhari hone wali saali ne bejha?'
'nahin… haan who bahar hain, she bought some files.. I think she wants you to sign them..'
'yeh I called her up to bring the Canada file.. what do you mean by files by the way' Jai asked curiously getting up tucking a pillow behind his back..
'she bought most of the files from the office I think, I saw the red file one, then that horrible green one, you knw the one that luks like puke..?'
'Your going to try and woo Rano with that sort of language?' Jai questioned in incredulity.
'TADA! Im back!' Bani came walking in at a fast pace with a tray in her hands..
'Stay away from me! I swear!' jai started to go deeper and deeper into his bed
'don't worry I haven't come to kill you' cutting the apple in her hands with the knife and passing it to Sahil then chewing on some herself, 'ok,' breathing and continuing to chew 'I have bought all the files you will ever need' taking another bite then taking a top off the haldi dhood and passing it to Jai 'Drink it!' she ordered…
Jai took the flavoured milk and continued listening to Bani rabbit on and on.. as bani turned her back, Jai would throw a small amount of milk into the plant near him..
'Wow, aap ne peliya? Good, now watch you'll be as fit as a fiddle… but now I have to go.. ill b back at four.. I want to see you resting, forget about work.. im doin it nah.. and as for food ill talk to Tarmeet about it.. anything else?'
'Tarmeet kaun?! I don't want poison! Sahil yeh Tarmeet kaun hai, iska boyfriend kya?' Jai asked worridly
Before Sahil could answer.. Bani interrupted
'Aree wah, tum log use Tony kehte hain.. that's y you do not know.. chi, you gave him and English name.. Tarmeet.. kitna acha naam hai..' gathering all the things she left the room
'TARMEET!' Jai burst out laughing.. 'Bani ill see you at four, I got an job for you to do!!!' he shouted as she made her way down the stairs..
