Bani's expressions where no where near hurt or sad when tarun was yelling at JW,she just looks up surprised at JW decission that's it .

It could be like JW wants bani to hav entire power in her hand so nobody else touch her position in WG and he probably thinks that she will buy that 5% so she can become the chair woman and is safe.
