why bani and rano!!!!!

why does something have to happen with bani and rano 's baby. everytime it's one of thier baby that gets hurt. when bani was pregant the first time, she lost the baby. now rano's baby is hurt .she fell down the stairs and now she ate dates. why can't something like this happen to pia. in fact why can't someone give pia some date to eat!!!!!! 😆 😆
