I hurt for Jai!

From the very beginning I have maintained that Jai Walia, though he has to accept part of the blame is the one who has been truly deceived and who has suffered silently at the hands of all whom he has loved...Jigs, Pia, Bani, Ranveer, Sahil, Roshni, and now evem Massi.

It is evident that the ONS is a set-up or why else would there be a CC/DVD of the whole fiasco?

It is highly improbable that every room is bugged and all activities in them are recorded....why was this done if not to desrtoy Jai?

Bani has to share equally in the blame for what has now happened... She was so secretive with Jai... treated him as an incompetent... wanted to save him... lost his child.... actually delivered divorce papers) even though this was a betrayal by the greedy lawyer)....

Jai was in agony...he was lost, lonely and desperate...He was haunted by his unfolding love for Bani, yet, he did not initiate any sexual contact with Pia.

She was the one who prostituted herself... insisting "I love you Mr. walia..." taking advantage of his intoxication and pain.Pia was a married woman...Jai was a recently divorced man ...

Jai protested.... he said that it was wrong... but somehow I feel that in his confused state, he thought that he was loving Bani and for a moment he responded...

But there it ended... Jai looked lost and disoriented and I believe that he passed out.

He admitted his guilt to himself and proclaimed that he was ready to be punished by Bani... He wanted to tell her but fate always intervened and eventually it reached a point where he believed that to tell her the truth, would kill her literally.

He has been under so much tension with being blackmailed by his kin as well as by the unscrupulous Pia who thought of nobody except herself and had grand ideas of becominh Mrs. Jai Walia even at the expense of her beloved Di...cursed by Rano.....terrified of Bani finding out and leaving him...

He did make the mistake of Owning his child in the end... but we must admire the love of a father for a child whom he thinks will be his only one since Bani may not be able to conceive....it was a spontaneous reaction to tragedy... a human response!

Today we see the emasculation of Jai who has been kicked out of his home for an act that he cannot totally remember but for which he has suffered for so long.

I agree that Bani has been terribly hurt, Jai has to carry some blame, but really and truly, my heart hurts for him... His pain and grief is so real that I can feel it....

The scene ends with both Jai and Bani side by side... I feel it signifies that they are both to be blamed and they are both suffering but I must admit, while I feel deeply for Bani's pain, I cant't help but be convinced that she started this snowball that became an avalanche that has enveloped their lives and is now about to destroy it completely.

Bani... please find out the truth soon and forgive Jai before it is too late!

You has always forgiven everyone... though it will be extremely difficult...do forgive him... he is the man you love...

but how about if the ONS really happened?

Even if it did happen, Jai was in his intoxicated mind a free man... he may have committed adultery with the harlot but technically he was never UNFAITHFUL to Bani... She was not his wife at that time, she later tore up the divorce papers!
He has always admitted that he did make a mistake and was willing to be punished for it!

yeah but he should hav told bani about it instead of keeping quiet

nowhere does he say that he was hiding the truth from bani for himself...he maintains it was to protect her from the betrayal esp becoz it involved the two people bani loved the most...and the way bani reacted i think jai was justified in doing so ...he might not be right but his intentions were good .
just like bani went about protecting his money and thereby breaking him...she too wasn't right in her approach but then her intentions cant be questioned..she did it for him
and do remember after all that bani made him go through he still gives the divorce to her even though he could have stopped the proceedings after coming to know she had aborted the baby and was with pushkar.

lets just mourn for both becoz they have lost each other on their anniversary esp when they could have started a happy life together.both are in love and have hurt each other unintentionally.

Being intoxicated is not an excuse to commit incest. The divorce is not final until the divorce papers are stamped by the court, so they were still married.

oh for heavens sake one does not wait for the court stamp to start feeling the pain ...bani didn't give him any indication that she might not go ahead with the divorce.She still would have gone ahead with the divorce had the date on papers not expired.

He did tell Bani... but she was asleep. Then he began to believe that it was a sign not to tell.... Then Rano stopped him when he was about to do so again and convinced him that the truth will kill Bani...that was his real dilemma.
Intoxication is never an excuse, but he did resist all the moves by Pia initally... I am still convinced that he imagined that it was Bani when he touched Pia and then passed out.
He could also have rejected Bani's love when she showed up... but he was a desperate man... though he has commotted a sin, he loved his wife and accepted her back without questioning her motive for divorce etc. unconditionally.

They were divorced....the judge says the court grants teh divorce and once they sign they will officially divorced....Forget abt that now.

Yes,i am feeling so bad for both jai and bani but some where jai's pain will be more,he will be left with no one and again will carry the burden of curse for the mistake he has'nt done.
