Reverse Psychology?

To me the past couple episodes have seemed like Pia has been playing a bit of reverse psychology. Pia realized in Dubai how much Bani loved Jai, but why did it take Bani yelling at her to make her double think this? After Pia called Jai out of their bedroom to have him get her medicines, Bani expressed her fears to Pia, yet Pia was smirking knowing that it was her fault. Why didn't she realize then how much of a big deal this was to Bani? The more it seems like Pia doesn't want Bani to know, the more I feel that she is just waiting for Bani to dig her way to the truth.

My take on this is that Pia wants Bani to find out on her own, as many of you feel as well. She knows that there is no way that Bani would stay with Jai knowing that he was hiding this from her. Also, she probably wants this to be a bigger shock for Jai so that he won't have a choice but to let her go, and that there is no way Bani would want to stay in the house if that was the case. The more Jai is relaxed knowing that Pia will be out of the way, the more unexpected the revelation of the ONS would be to both him and to Bani.

On top of that Pia purposely didn't tell Bani the name of the father. Why is that this whole time she wanted Bani to know the truth, but at that crucial moment she decides that its not important that Bani knows the truth? Hasn't she been the one that shrugs off Bani doubts and couldn't care less that she was breaking up her sisters marriage? Why is it all of sudden she sees the pain in Bani's eyes, when Bani herself was pouring her heart out to Pia before? Was there no pain before in her eyes? I just cant fathom the idea that Rano is the only person that could get through Pia's thickhead.

This reverse psychology kick that Pia has going, is more conniving than anything that she has done yet. Knowing that her sister will not rest till she finds out the truth is just another one of her ploys to break up their marriage, and knowing that all this will be a shock. Or could it be that she wants Bani to find out the truth, knowing that Jai will be fearful and just blurt it out on his own? Maybe push him to the point that he will break down and not be able to take the stress of Bani knowing the half truth.

I can only imagine where this new trick that Pia has up her sleeve will take her. I really truly hope that the Jan 3^rd promos are correct in showing that the truth will be revealed. And still through all this I still do not believe that Pia is pregnant. (How come Bani had never heard of this doctor before? Wouldn't she have known? Didn't she accompany Pia to the gynec along with Pushkar previously? So where does this new doctor come from?) I really wouldn't be surprised if Pia took some lessons from Urvashi of SP.

Through all this even I feel that there is something not right with Jai Walia. Why does he change his mind one minute that he doesn't want Bani to know the truth, and then turn around and yell at Pia for not telling her the whole truth? Then after why would he run after her to the gynecs to prevent her from finding out the truth? Can Jai Walia truly make up his mind? There is something fishy going on in KS, otherwise they Destructives have left one too many loose ends in the story to make it seamless as it was before.

As much as i too believe pia is up to something , but is she that intelligent to think this up on her own? this sudden change in character was also shown in ranveer. maybe we are seeing too much into this, the destructives may just be switching channels at their whim and fancy leaving no consistency in the characters. anything is possible at this stage with the wave of a magic wand. This change in pia's character in just minutes is unbelievable. Like jai said, why tell half truths.
In another post pinky05, had suggested that jai has the unedited version of the cd which shows that nothing happened but he wants bani to see pia in her true colours so he is just playing along with the charade something like brijesh and urvashi in saath phere.
Jai's world will only shatter when he is sure of his innocence and yet bani has left him, ie too late that is why he will lash out at pia. right now it seems he has accepted the idea that bani will leave him on revelation of JP encounter so why would he be shattered?

I wouldnt be surprised if it was Jigyasa that helped her come up with this plan. Seeing as their previous plans failed, it could be their last resort. On top of that, since when has Jigyasa been accepting of outsiders? She was nice to Laxmi- and that is out of character for her. I doubt Pia has the akal to come up with something like this, but Jigyasa sure does. She has the conspiracy experience, and probably is teaching Pia a few lessons here and there.

Yes there is a sudden change in Ranvir, but he was also threatened by Rohit- which doesnt help him to be mean to Raashi. Its hard for me to believe that he has changed as well.

I never thought of that. If Jai in fact does have the CD, then why wouldnt he know the truth unless he was too ashamed to see it himself? I wonder what limit he will go to to see Pia in her true colors if that is the case. I mean, if he has already seen her badmouth her own sister, and then try to destroy her sisters marriage, then how low does he want to see her go? Maybe this means that he too is hiding something....

No two ways about it, that Reptile is playing mindgames with both Bani and Buddha. She know's her sister well enough to know how to induce the reactions that she WANTS from her....and that unwarranted drama about leaving was just to gain Buddha's sympathy. If the thing wanted to leave, it would just DO IT!

Simply put, this is the Reptile's drama and it's high time someone beat her at her own game. Hopefully Buddha will be one up on her but thus far, it doesn't appear to be so as he was today "happy" that the thing decided to leave him and Bani alone.

I totally think Pia is doing a huge dose of reverse pshycology. From Jai's and Rano's reaction she has seen that she probably won't find acceptance if she shatters Bani. However, if Bani herself demands that Jai be with Pia for the baby everyone has to accept it maybe even Jai as punishment for his sins. She very cunnigly put the right thoughts in Bani's head that she really loves this man, wants the man to himself accept her and the child. She had no reason to tell bani that the child was not pushkar's or that the gynac knows the truth parentage of baby. Pia is setting up Bani and Jai bigtime. She will come out as the victim and Bani will make Jai the villian.

I think this all came to her when she found out that Jai took Bani for a honeymoon. I really hope Jigz is helping her than it means that Jigz is upto something, get Bani out and than throw Pia out.

As for Jai I am confused if he is hiding something. I think yestterday he wantedd Pia to tell everything because he knew Pia wanted the truth out. Now that Pia is playing her game he might be believing that Pia will keep the secret and that's why he is scared for bani to find the name of the father. When he said he got the biggest gift today which i am assuming was that Pia will keep her mouth shut.

Let's see what happens in the next few epi. I think JW migh know that Bani will leave him when ONS comes out but when it actually happens he will be shattered. Knowing and experiencing it are 2 diff things....

I am hoping this too! I really hope that even Jai has a trump card up his sleeve that will shoot Pia down badly (Literally as well as figuratively 😉) You never know about his feelings- I noticed that he wasnt super happy either. He might have said that he was happy but he sure has a funny way of showing it, what with no smile or excitement in his eyes. It seemed more like a weird relief than anything. I dunno. Just an observation.

Ranveer is the surprising one, he has changed too much too soon, without any cause. Buddha did slap him and try and explain, but Ranveer does not come across as a person who would accept and listen to others. It will be worth seeing if the change is real or just an illusion.

Ranveer's change is more believable than Pia. Raashi has been really good to him, Jai apologozed to him in front of the whole family. Ranveer has always been a family man, like he stepped up for Anu and he loves his mamaji. The property thing was his hatred of the dixit sisters and loosing everything to them. Also Nattu is playing a key role.

Pia's volte face happened in a day...too unbelievable.

I really hope that Bani doesnt push Jai to marry Peabrain. That kills the show when its already near dead! One thought I had was that Jigs and Pia realized that their abortion threat only had shortlived success, and that they had to come up with something grander to be successful in their schemes...

I can understand his change being more believable. Plus we have to realize that he didnt understand that Rohit would have the guts to threaten him. Maybe that made him realize that she too is a part of someones family.

Trust me, I questioned Ranveer earlier too. There might be hope for him, but somehow the change in characters all of a sudden seems flimsy for Kektas writers. To many character changes too fast.

I agree with you Pia has something up her sleeves.
I mean Pia told Bani that she loves the man and the child is not Pushkars. The only thing she did not tell Bani was the father's name.

One thing more, she told Jai that she knows her sister for 20 years and hence she knows how Bani's mind works. She has just pushed the right buttons and is ready to see what happens?

She has played both Jai-Bani together by this mahaan act. She wants Jai to be complacent so when the ONS is revealed he cannot have his guard up in time.

But Pia has forgotten a fundamental fact that people who play with fire often find themselves a victim of their game and when that happens Pia will wish she was not born.

This is my opnion.
