OHhhhh really, I am sorry then... but still i like that character for that showdown... it needs real strength to do that... against his own love for her... it is good turned to a man who can love and stand for truth.. that is what he learned from his wife... sorry for reaching to this extend... but it is true... today's updates of KAA proves it... he is a man who really love his wife... who can't see she in sufferings... want to set free from him even if he knows he is losing which he loves the most... jai walia has to know what love is at first... he doesn't deserve to be loved at all....

theres no comparison at all--

When Shiv married Gauri he did not love her. So was OK with destroying her. But the point is that when they did fall in love, he never betrayed her trust.

shiv is comparative a different personality, modern, partying type.. though he respected women.. it was proved by that dancing hall incident.. but he wanted to get rid of gauri somehow... but now i am sure he feel for her what u call it love or not... he feel the pain... the more trying to hide it she gets to know it more ... and the last bursting out of that love is that he did the moment he realised he can't save her all the time... he can't see her hurt...

jai walia on different face more matured, more old, supposed to experience life in more mature way... so he should handle things more matured way... but now he is like... no let me not start on this.. i have enough

i have been watching this debate and personally believe it to be quite a strange comparison!!!

Shiv and JW are two totally different people - one is the head of his house who supports his family, the other is a spoilt brat who is used to throwing tantrums and getting what he wants!! comparing the two is like comparing chalk and cheese!!

They have totally different problems, different personalities, and are at completely different stages in their life!!! And Shiv's life has been a breeze compared to JW's!! It would be ridiculous to assume they would approach situations in the same way!!

What was Shiv's problem when he married Gauri?? NOTHING apart from the fact that he just didn't like, and the marriage was the upshot of his bratty behaviour. Can you honestly say Jai and Bani's marriage was in similiar circumstances?!! Of course not, because Shiv didn't have his fiance and close friend running away with each other!!!

And at the moment JW is unliked because of the ONS - but before then he was praised for putting up with St Bani and trusting her anyway.

How do you know Shiv won't do something in the future to disgust everyone then?

I love IQ, but Shiv's character cannot hold a candle to Jai Walia's - at least not as he currently stands...
