Ram's diction is word perfect, his English is extremely good, most TV Actors speak English with a lot of effort, but with him, it comes Naturally, you can make it out clearly! (Prolly because of his Schooling ect!)

Ram actually looked like a True Star when he went on the Stage...He has an over-powering personality, partly cause, he is physically built in such a way and partly cause of his natural charm which comes across when he speaks!😃 Also, he is one of those few actors who comes across as a very genuine human being, no hang-ups or any unnecessary starry tantrums!

PD is an absolute munchkin! A total Doll...Not only so pretty to look at but also such a sweet and simple person!

RK and PD so deserved to win...The kind of response they got on stage said it all!

PS: Prachi thanked Ram, Ashwini and Naman together (and not Naman in particular!) for the Best Debutant Award! She thanked only Ram for the Jodi Award...Ahem, note that!😆

I know what you mean girls. Its Ramu's charm factor and Pracho's innocence factor that makes them so endearing. And yes, from what I have noted, GK doesnt mind. That wicked camera person swung the camera immeidately to GK's face when RK and PD hugged after the jodi award was announced. 😉 But GK was happy.

And I agree PD didnt thank Naman only, she thanked all three. But unlike you, I dont think PD and NS would make a great pair. They bring out more a brother-sister streak in them!! Ok, I am gonna get the jootas now I know. BTW. Prachi lauched herself at Ashwini too when she won the award for Jigs. I loved the bonding of the KS PArivaar, including us. 😊

My baby's quiet assertive in her hugging sessions, I noted. As of late, she's gettign comfy in KS too. Poor Ram, or should I say lucky Ram?
Look at him when RC hugs him and also when PD hugs him. You will note the difference.

Forgot to add, Kasamh Se was nominated in Six Major Categories of Awards and It got Five out of the Six Awards that it was nominated in! Quite a Feat for a Serial which has not even completed one year of being Telecast and is primarily composed of Newcomers!

KS was nominated in;

Best Actor - Ram Kapoor

Best Couple of the Year - Ram and Prachi (As Jai and Bani)

Best Serial - Kasamh Se

Best Actor (Negative Role) - Ashwini Kaleskar

Best Debutant / Fresh Face (Female) - Prachi Desai

Best Debutant / Fresh Face (Male) - Naman (Nominated, lost out to the very deserving Pulkit Samrat)

Thanks for the wonderful update!
I watched the awards and I must say that it is one of the best awards I've watched. I guess I'm being biased since I am a die hard Jai-Bani camper and it was no doubt the pair's night. 😃 Oftentimes, I wondered what it is about them that is so endearing DESPITE the tremendous age difference and it hit me while watching the show, it's their familiarity. No pretenses! Just their apparent camaderie.
It was extremely heartening to see them go up on stage with such ease and familiarity. But what took the cake for me was them accepting the jodi award. Was that funny or was that funny? Ram said "Does the audience know what her age is?" 😆 😆 😆 At that point I was screaming at the T.V. saying "YES WE KNOW!! WE KNOW!" 😆 😆 But I hope Prachi saying "we may not get it next year" is no indication that the pair will be paired opposite others in the coming phases of KS! 😕

PD is so damm simple and reeks of innocence that it's impossible not to love her. 😊

do not worry dear she mentioned that once the audience cmes to know of there age difference they may not get it,it was nothing else and true she is a very sweet person and ram is really a charmer😳

Phew!!! I can't believe that initially they were paired opposite others....can anyone honestly imagine KS being what it is without Jai Walia and Bani Walia???? Thank you Ekta for your sudden brainwave or was it Mr. Sandip?? Whoever it was, thank you. 👏

As far as The Best New Face Male is concerned, i feel Naman deserved it more than Pulkit. Popularitywise, Pulkit leads. But Actingwise, Naman's is a lot better than Pulkit's. It's because Pulkit is projected as a big hero in Kyunki, his presence is always felt everywhere. Having said that, i don't say he's not good but Naman is no less talented than him. In the acting department, he infact beats Pulkit. He was too good in the confrontation scene with Pia when he comes to know about her abortion and throws her out of the house. I loved his acting. It was so natural.

Maybe they both should've shared the award like Bani and Saloni did. Nonetheless, Naman is equally talented and it cannot be denied.
