This is a Request cum Warning Post from the KS DEVELOPMENT TEAM.

We would like to bring to the notice of all our valued members in this Forum some basic rules that they will have to adhere to. These Rules are not new, but have to be spelt out time and again to keep in circulation.

For Newbies/ New members - Please do not make separate posts to announce your entry to the Forum. Once you have registered successfully, start posting in various threads. You will automatically be welcomed to the Forum. Otherwise, your posts will be trashed. Using the THANKS Button - It has been observed that in many threads, most members just mention the word 'Thanks' or 'TFS' and/ or anything associated with this, without any apparent comment, thus jamming up the thread. You are strictly advised not to resort to this practise. In case, you want to thank the member for posting a topic, please use the THANKS button. Another rampant problem in the Forum is that several members often make posts that have NO relevance to Kasamh Se in any way whatsoever. In spite of repeated requests, this phenomenon still exists in the system. Any such future posts will be trashed and the Member, posting that topic, will have an automatic increase in his/ her warning level. A few banned members unfortunately find ways to visit the Forum and destroy the peace over here by making irrelevant posts. Though action is usually taken against such members, yet it has been noticed that their posts usually have replies too. By replying to such posts, members actually encourage such errant members to continue writing trash in the Forum. Members are requested not to respond to any such posts. Any Member responding to such posts will have to answer to the DEV TEAM for their action and if found unsatisfactory, there might be an increase in their Warning Level. In case you find such a Post in the Forum, contact the DEV TEAM. On various occasions, it has been noticed that several members make posts on the same topics again and again. This issue has been previously discussed too. In case this happens, the initial post will be retained, while the remaining posts will be locked and trashed. Members will now have to take responsibility of their own posts. The language used by some Members during some distressful episodes are pretty strong and unfit for Forum's tolerance. Not only will these posts be edited, but the members will also earn a direct raise in their warning levels. Many members come up with wonderful suggestions to boost our Forum. In case you have any such suggestions, the DEV TEAM would encourage you to PM these suggestions to the TEAM so that some action may be taken. Please DO NOT make individual threads, but PM your thoughts and suggestions to the KS DEV TEAM. Another factor that has to be taken care of is that several threads are turned into CHATTING THREADS for convenience. This is strictly prohibited. In case you want to Chat, please visit the Chat Section of IF. Several members have enquired as to what happens when warning levels are increased. For information, the warning levels are increased by 20 % every time as per Forum Regulations, if Rules are not followed. Once that warning meter reaches 100 %, the Member gets banned by the Admin. Another issue - Please dont make posts like 'Ram is Online', 'Why hasnt Ram posted anything' etc. It makes it seem like we are stalking him and other members. Let them enjoy being members of this Forum in their own anonymous ways. And once they post, its for all of us to read and comment. NO more topics regarding Hiten/Gauri's comments about the awards. They will be closed!!
• Please do not post in CAPS. It amounts to shouting in the Forum.

Friends, we are all pretty serious about these warning issues and hence the neccesity of this post, lest it be said that members havent been warned enough.
