Bani walks in On Jai and PIa in office

Pia is in jai's cabin .. handing in her resignation with tears in her eyes ..

meanwhile bani comes to walia corp wih jai's Lunch .. and asks a manger why is there so much activity and he tells her that another company wants to takeover their company . she asks the manger where is Jai .. and walks staright to his office meanwhile .. where pia is with her sob story that she feels guilt about the ONS .. Jai tells her he feels the same .. and that he too .. he feels he betrayed his wife . and whatever happenned between them was a MISTAKE , and only Bani has a rite over him. he wants to spend time understanding Bani .. he wants his life with Bani .. and that she loves him and only him and not his Money .. and that whatever she did was for him . and tells pia not to resign from her job .

Pia says she cant go on working here after what happenned between them .. in dubai .. and . bani walks in saying how could pia do this jai is shocked ... and episode ends guys i dont think Bani heard the imp stuff .. like their ONS .

Jai can't you spell out what you feel for Bani once an for all - it sounds like your doing her a foavor by staying with her because of guilt!!!!
