***there was no clause that Bani should give divorce then only Jai can get the property, she does it because, when the wife claims on the property during the time when its husband's time, then a person cannot transfer the money to anyone during this claim, as this would be under court's control, thats the reason Bani applies for divorce, even before Ranveer can go the lawyer with the signed papers, it is like Bani has already claimed, so Jai cannot transfer! Hope u are clear!

Yeah!!!! I know this clause!!! But the scene showed that Raashi shows the docs to Bani and says that Mami, look the docs says that u have to take a divorce else Mamaji's property would go to Ranveer.....Thats what was puzzling!!!!

But yes, what u say makes sense!!1 I initially thought that was the case but the scene puzzled me!!
