I think Barnali might be Jai + Jiggy's step sister. Remember, they showed Jai's mom having a different house. So maybe his dad was having an affair, so she left Jai's dad.

Barnali didn't get any of the property because Jiggy might have stolen the real will and placed it with a fake one.

Jai doesn't know about the fake will I guess. And Natwar might be Jai's step nephew.

that could be the reason why Jigyasa wanted to transfer Jai's property to her and Ranveer's name. Jai being a gentleman would have given Barnali her share but Jigyasa would never have.
