I think he blacked out from drinking to much and Pia went to sleep with his arm around her after she straightened him out on the bed.

I think Pia was happy more than anything was because she told Jai Walia that she loved him and when he embraced her she took it as he reciprocated her feelings back to her. She was happy with the fact that she is finally back with the man that she thinks she loves and also she thinks he also has some feelings for her.

Now, whether they slept together or not is a bone of contention that none of us can positvely or negatively say anything about. All I want to point out is that the moment Jai Walia embraced Pia and did not stop her advances towards him that is the moment he betrayed the trust and love and also crossed the boundaries of his marriage.

The reunion of Jai-Bani marked by the cloud of Jai-Pia angle is worse than Jai-Bani separation at least then we knew that they both still had hope for a reunion which will clear all the misunderstandings between them.

Now, we all know that Jai-Bani may separate again once Bani comes to know the truth. Also, what will Bani feel being betrayed by none other than her own sister and the man she loves so much her husband Jai Walia would be worth watching.

So it can go either way. But one thing I am completely unsure of that the J-B Jiya Dhak Dhak moments will be able to recreate the same magic and chemistry that we felt and loved when they first came together.

These are just my thoughts.
