Also don't see what will be accomplished by a miscarriage in terms of taking the story forward....unless they go the book route and bani looses abiloty to have children (foreshadowing of Pia's Op) and ONS happens and Pia get pregnant....now if this is the twist they are planning than less said the better

In the original book there was no extended family staying together under one roof. Here with Dadi, Maasi and the cultural norms, if they show JW and Pia in a ONS and her getting preggy with his child JW will loose all respect in the Walia mansion as the head of the family. Somehow it would not gel with the character. Jigs screaming will increase by some decibals and there will be general chaos in all family relatioships and equations.
