Part four
Normal hustle and bustle in the morning, with people rushing to their respective work places....
9:00 am in the morning, she is sharp on time remembering his chilling words. As she walks past his office door she blushes mercilessly…she is caught like a fish struggling to breathe just amongst his presence…what is going on??
She ignores him the entire day, just wanting it to end not wanting to have another encounter with the powerful man….but then she groans remembering that she has a party to attend. Once again she remembers his words…they bite through her flesh chilling her….such cold words…yet still there is something soft about them…
He watches her closely the whole day…observing that she stays away from his reach all. He smiles…loving the still yet silent affect he has on her…
He returns back to his work allowing his secretary to enter, he once again notes her inappropriate attire…he sighs; she is followed by Suzanne.
Suzanne is his old college friend and she, as fate had wanted it, was now working in his office. She was engaged, soon to be married, yet refused to wear the ring…not wanting to attract attention in such troublesome times….yet he is not aware of this.
An involuntary smile spreads across his face remembering Bani's words of him and Suzanne…he has to laugh at her ignorance, oh boy…did he love making her blush…
Looking forward to the party held tonight…a dance competition is supposedly held…he smiles wistfully…and returns his attention to his ever curious friend, excusing his fuming secretary…who keeps trying to get his attention, but fails miserably every time.

Hurrying out of her office room at 5:00 pm, making her away towards the lift she meets him. She is still wearing the heels, so cannot take the 10 flights of stairs knowing that it would kill her feet. She does her best to ignore him….yet fails.
He notes her office attire for the millionth time drinking in her fragile body and innocent eyes; he shoves his hands deeper into his pocket looking away….only himself knowing the affect she has on him. He frowns, not knowing why a person he hardly knows attracts him so….he sighs.
She looks up at him…noticing his firm masculine frame….tousled soft hair, hands deep in pocket...showing off his expensive watch. She allows her eyes to drool over his presence…but she is a bit disappointed he doesn't even look at her, it is as if she doesn't exists. She shifts uncomfortably…wanting to move away…contemplating whether to take the stairs or not.
As soon as that thought crosses her mind, his eyes lock with hers…as if in warning and knowing all…but only for a second, as soon his eyes are averted somewhere else…behind her…she turns and looks at Suzanne...shapely fit body…hair let down loose...and warm smile spread across her face, slowly approaching him.
Bani watches them closely…his hands go out from his pocket. Go through his hair, oh boy does he love watching bani melt, and reaches out to her (Suzanne)…holding her in a firm grasp. Suzanne's eyes twinkle and shine…she kisses him gently on the cheek…just friendly…but Bani rages on the inside…but why??
She (Suzanne) realises she has left lipstick stain on his cheek…goes into her purse takes a tissue out and gently removes the stain….just friendly, yet still she burns on the inside.
His deep voice fills her (bani) thoughts…
"areh suzanne….tuh ahrahi hai naah…aaj party meh…you know I wont go if you don't" he says this purposely...Suzanne can already guess that he is toying with the young women who stands by the lift…she laughs going along with his game…come on she has know the famous jai walia for ages…she knows his trap well:)
Looks like the famous man has fallen…and fallen hard….
"areh jai…of course I'll come how can I not come...to anything of yours…" she blushes purposely…he understands that she knows all...he allows himself to flirt openly with her…
" Suzanne thanks for last night I really enjoyed the dinner…hope you did" his eyes wink at her…they had, had a quick dinner while discussing files…not exactly romantic but he loves toying with bani…who can blame the guy…a little lie…no harm right?
"haan jai…I had a lot of fun…you always make me laugh" she rests her arm gently on his, holding on allowing herself to flirt with him...she has to laugh….oh boy is jai good.
His eyes frown and furrow as they notice her missing ring...he knows she is engaged...but why is she not wearing the ring…
"areh Suzanne…where is your ring…have you forgotten that you are engaged" his fingers dangerously touch the empty space…eyes filled with confusion…. this time she really blushes
"Jai…you know I can't wear it what will people think??"
He laughs…understanding her careful words, boy does he love his best friend…she is the best "To hell with what people think…I want you to wear it….cost a lot of money and was given with love" voice stern threatening…somewhat serious tone in his voice yet still he winks once more…careful with his words…not to give to much away to bani.
Bani is dying on the inside…mr.walia is engaged to Suzanne she concludes…her eyes kill with water…she doesn't understand why this new found news affects her so…he is just another man…a man unfortunately who she has fallen for. Despite their rare acquaintance….and harsh office talk...she cannot help but admire the man...how gentle he is when they are alone…yet he is not even noticing her now. She gasps softly blushing at her own words last night of " is Suzanne your girlfriend"…she know understands his response…he had said "no she isn't" ..How could she be...she was his fiance….But why was he flirting with all the women if he is engaged…she watches Suzanne…she seems to be a laid back person…she must really trust Mr.walia…she concludes, with a heavy heart and walks into the lift not acknowledging jai looking deeply and intensly at her sad face…Suzanne observes too…she giggles softly into his ear " areh jai..kya kiya…bichari ka dil dukhiya hai…hahah…areh now let me see how the famous mr.walia fixes this up" with that she laughs walking away…and with that he follows bani into the lift…allowing his eyes to grow intense…there are hardly any people in the lift…just the two of them.
Both are physically attracted to one another…yet bani has unfortunately fallen for the guy…while jai...jai is still just toying with her…
They hardly know one another...nothing of each others family…only unusually drawn towards one another…they have hardly talked properly…only sweet office talk and the occasional flirting…yet still it feels so right….but why…why fall for people they hardly know?
"Bani" he whispers…edging closer to her…she looks up at him...heart broken, yet hides it " ji mr.walia kya huwa?" he laughs loftily aware of her discomfort…
he stands in front of her…making their gazes meet
"tum mujeh avoid kyun karahei ho…upne super hero seh dar gayei Kya??" no response only silence…he smiles…
"areh bani tum abhi bhi heels kyun panthi ho…" he allows his lips to near her face…."tum mujhse ithna darthi kyun ho…I don't bite…miss.dixit…" he allows his breath to tingle upon her neck…she shuts her eyes...pushing him away…
"yeh galath he mr.walia…I thought you were a good man...suzanne kya sochi geyi??"
He laughs now… " I knew you were listening to me…tumne kya socha…suzzane meri kya hai?? Fiance hena??" his eyes twinkle mischievously…she looks up…. And murmurs "ji"…he laughs but this time its husky deep threatening…."chalo bani..joh tumhe sohna hai socho…"….Not correcting her mistake…allowing her to figure it out herself..
She can't breath " please mr.walia" he looks at her frail trembling body aware of what he is doing to her…allows his fingers to trail around her face...unaware of how close they are….eyes deep and intense…hand reaching out to entwine with hers…yet he resists the temptation.
Breath heavy and shaking huskily…
"bani aaj party meh…apne baal khole chodena…aur kutch acha phena..sari shayad…pink tumko bahut suite karega"…with that he allows his fingers to caress her clip…lets her hair tumble….breaths gently on her neck…moves away becoming some what more professional " I expect to see you at the party miss.dixit…try not to dress to inappropriately" with that he winks laughing and walks out of the lift…
Anger bubbles in side of her…she is confused at his words and actions…she doesn't know what to believe….but one thing she cant help but doing…is remembering how his breath felt tingling against her skin….did he enjoy doing this to her…?? What a strange man…a man she thought, once again, of different attitudes and emotions constantly changing…allowing her fingers to trail through her hair…she stomps out of the lift…not aware that he is watching her…he smiles….oh boy…now the fun will begin…;)
