I just saw a post that tells us about the over view ok KS kahani and it says that Banis father was out drinking, and it has been 7 years since his wifes death. And remember the mechanic said to Jai that "It has been 7 years, since that incident!" This means that Its Defenitly Banis mom that got killed that night.

its official then (99% at least ) park road incident definately has sumthing to do with Bani's mumm. and dat Jai and roshni are somehow responsible for the death of Bani's mum..i think roshni is more responsible...like maybe she was the one driving the car that killed Kiran and Jai helped her out of trouble

If Jai has really killed Bani's mom then he, as a man we saw him with a good heart, will never want to marry Piya or Bani in the first place. He might have helped them thru the life in some other way. But there is something to her mother's death that is related to these two. Roshni once mentioned about sitting in the car in a rainy night. Is it possible that someone else killed her, whom they knows, and they all kept the secret for the sake of the kids and that person. How come that particular judge is to be a scary person for Jai...?
