According to me it must be annu who is pregnant. After reading all the updates i felt that annu must be pregnant as she is shown to spent nights outside, even the astrologer says that there will some problems in her life intitally and then everything will be alright. The doctor says that Mrs.Walia is pregnant, it might not necessarily be Bani.

I feel theres no way that bani cna be pregnant as she's not shown having physical relations with anybody at all.

jigs and aditya r divorced .so may be anu uses walia as her surname, as bani told her mr walia has taken a lot of pain in building his name in society and she should not ruin it

I personally feel that it is Anu. Maybe she went to the Dr. at the same time that Bani went for a checkup. Bani on finding her there maybe has found out the secret. And in order to protect her from the ire of her family, maybe she has willingly agreed to the entire thing, so that the family may be explained ltr.
Or, Anu might have ssen Bani there and used her name.
