September 18:

whole family is gathered around rashi who is crying crying and more crying…(bani ka rone ka rog contagious hai shayad)

everyone is asking her questions as why is she crying…..sexy sanyasi looking pale with tension….(pol khul gayi to)

bani is standing outside..listening carefully…

rashi says she isn't feeling good that's it……

froggy face rohit looks on (haila…last episode me to isko dadhi thi and today he is all cleanshaven…..what a continuity..)

bani comes hurstling …when rashi isn't speaking anything….she urges rashi to open her mouth and tell the truth…..jai is startled to see her…..

bani keeps on telling pujaran to speak up who is just crying…

bani says that if today she doesn't open her mouth now..and tell everyone the truth….(see who is talking)

at last bani opens her mouth and tells everyone that ranweer slaped her….everyone is shocked(to in logonko kya laga sanyasi pujaran ki aarti utarta hoga)

sanyasi looks frightened.

ranvijay cobra is all set to slap sansaysi….but jai stopes him saying that bani should not be believed as she always comes up with cock and bulls story. Nobody knows when she is telling truth and when is she lieing. There is pure hatred on his face…(still I love u my cuddu)

he wants to listen to rashi's version of story…..here comes dagabaz no 1 rashi…..she says everything is good and fine with her and that she is happy with ranweer(that's why u are crying babes,khushike aansu…I guess)

bani is dumbfounded……cause of rashi's betrayal.

Jai is disgusted. He shouts at bani for telling lies….(bani bani….yes Mr.walia……making stories….no Mr.walia…..telling lies….no Mr.walia……shut your mouth then…..ha ha ha ….that's my version of jony jony yes papa)

Jai says she has already destroyed their relationship and now doing same with rashi's marriage (does it exist in first place……)

And that he wont allow her to do that..(usne permission mangi kab hai)

He tells her to do her duty as catering manager….and take advance from her boss…..he is throwing up all the venom that he has in his heart…..

Still bani mam is all set to make rashi speak…but jiggy the nagin…stops her saying that rashi is smart and has brains to tell the truth….(u deserve a nobel prize for this discovery….)

Bani ignores her and asks rashi about those injury marks she has on her hands…..to which rashi bowles her over by saying that she got injured when she was putting on her bangles….(oye sanyasi apne mama se puch kangan kaise pehnate aur utarte hai…..he is an expert…)

Bani is hurt….she keeps on staring jai….who is remorseful….as he himself is not convinced about what he has said just now….

Masi knows that bani is telling truth….

But she doesn't speak (as usual) as noone would believe her…

Bani leaves….(bani have u read that story in nursery by chance……crying wolf….same thing is happening with u now)

Bani comes out of room…jai's words still ringing in her ears…she is looking lost…(actually she has no expression whatsoever on her face……ohh poor thing…ram saath nahi hota to….)she is coming downstairs…(oye bani,kitni baar bola hai u mu uthake mat chal…watch your steps babe….)

Sad version of their anthem is playing in background….

Khamoshiyon ka zeher pina hai muzko magar

Teri meri ye duri ab to haan hogi puri

Bikhare hai sab armaan hai …..jiya dhadak…..

She isn't feeling good…she is feeling dizzy….she asks sangram…(iske company through arrange hone wale har party pe ye kyo jaata hai) permission to go home as she is sick….sangram…is happy with her work and lets her go….as soon as she leaves some nasty music plays in background as he looks on ….(I think he is hatching some plan with jiggu…..bahot pitega ye meri zaadu se….)

And ……..bani bumps into none other than my cuddu jai…(ohhhhh man he is looking smashing…..)

He gives bani a look full of disgust…..as she keeps on looking at him….he turns his head….

Another version of jiya dhadak playing…..

He doesn't utter a single word……jiggi is watching them with that patent smirk on her face……as bani leaves again crying….she comes and ask jai as where is she going at this hour……and that to all alone….jai gave jiggy…I-know-how-much-u-care look…but then moves ahead to find bani….

Rano is comforting rashi……rano says that she knows bani isn't lying as she never does that….(are u sure babes….nishikant dixit is your papa and not raja harishchandra)

She says that rashi has betrayed bani by doing this….

Here comes…joke of the day….

Rashi replies that she wants to save her marriage with ranweer…(oh aise sexy sanyasi ko kaun chodega…)

And today she lied cause she wanted to save him…so now at least he would start loving her….due to her sacrifies….(aree rashi…pujaran…tera sanyasi jai ka sirf namesake bhanja hai….wo jai nahi hai…jo tere scarifies ko bhav dega)

She says that this marriage is most important thing in her life….nobody loved her and now she wants to gain love of her husband…(daydreaming babes)…so she had no other option than betraying bani..(that's alliteration)

Rano advices her to break the marriage…before it breaks rashi down….(oyeee pia ko party me bulaya nahi to wo bhut bankar tere andar aagayi kya……jo tu use peaheaded ki tarah shadi todne ka advise de rahi hai)

Rashi is (again) crying and says that she would go to any extent to save her marriage…(now I doubt her…is she in jiggy's league )

Rano comes out of room searching for bani di who is nowhere to be seen in party…..rano realizes that she must have left for home….and she calls pushky the pet…(is he the only living soul on planet earth…usse better tu tony ko phone karti….lagta hai pia aur isne apne brains swap karliye aaj)

Bani is walking on the road….all alone.jai's voice echoing in her mind…..the way he says that she is making mockery out of their relationship……she is clutching her tummy and walking weirdly and fells down…………..and here comes…pushky the pet in yet another swanky car…(I think agar coincidences nahi hote to kekta mai ke serial kaise chalet….remember jiggy saying that it will take them 2 hours to reach their party venue…..to pushky vaha 10 minutes me aagaya…….i think he has that bat man's flying car)

He lifts bani,make her sit in front seat and go hunting for hospital…

Here in party jiggy the nagin talking to her sapola..(sanyasi I mean)

She sends him to trail bani….(ye lo bani karamchandani mami ka karamchand bhanja ) she warns him not to come back empty handed…..

Here pushky is unable to find a hospital and takes her to a hotel(which has uncanny resemblance with walia mansion….kekta paise bacha rahi ho kya….to atleast doosare kisi serial ka set use karti…)

Aur mumbai ke kaunse part me party rakhi hai unhone…jaha ek hospital chodo….ek clinic bhi nahi hai…

Well he requests receptionist to arrange for their hotel's doctor…which seem to have present…on that day

Pushky takes bani to room…(which looks like jai's bedroom)

And helps her lie down on bed….ok their pictures are being taken.

Here karamchand bhanja is all ready with photographs…he and jiggu are laughing as they plans to teach bani a lesson and use pushky to do the same….(pushky sab tera use karte hai yaar…oh I am crying)

September 19

Rano and Pia meet up where Rano recounts all the Hungama that happened at the Party! Pia tells Rano why has God written all the difficulties in Bani's life and wish he had written some of Bani's miseries in my life (Well, you see Pia, you are one of Bani's miseries!) Pia is all agitated and asks where is Bani and Rano tells that she is with Pushkar, Pia looks upset and confused and asks Rano how could she leave Bani alone! (Arre, kahan alone...Pooch is there with Bani!)


Pia remembers Tony telling her that the Telephone Directory is in Jai's study and Pia goes to Jai's darkened study (Oh Oh...Jai and Darkness and a Young Girl does not gel well!) Jai talks about how he is frightened by light now and he prefers darkness. The wind is blowing and Pia tells Jai that there is a storm going to come and she senses something bad is going to happen! Jai is in a Jaidas pose with his hand on his forehead (Awwww, Where is you Scotch Honey?) OMG...Pia comes and keeps her hands over Jai's hands and asks him what is bothering him so much, what is causing him so much grife...Jai is sitting like a stone, lost and tears in his eyes! Pia!



Bad thing, Pia touched my Trambo. Good thing, Trambo didn't react one bit and Pia's touching had nothing romantic to it! Btw, is it just me or does Jai look even sexier in the Dark! Beware Pia...Last time when it was Dark, Jai was brooding, and winds were blowing...something devastating happened! Your Di is yet to recover from it!



Pia is sitting staring at some picture and crying when Rano comes and asks her about Bani! Roshni Chopra looks adorable in the scene while she cries! Pia cries like a baby and tells Rano that she is realizing how she has ended up giving her share of tears to Bani and because of her one mistake, Bani's whole life turned upside down! Rano looks sympathetic and tells Pia that she is happy that atleast you have finally realized when you broke your marriage with Jai, she also broke Bani's life forever! Pia looks mighty guilty and Rano and she hug! Very touching scene! Kind of felt a weebit bad for Pia! The picture was the one of the three sisters and PIa and Rano keep looking at it and cry! Awwww....They should have remained in Mount Abu, Jai and the three of them would have been so happy!



Jai (Looking dapper in Black!) is talking to his Lawyer and tells him that he wants his Case to be filed tomorrow and he wants to get out of this relationship asap! Jai tells the Lawyer that I don't care how you do it, but I want my relationship with Bani to end in 24 hours and just get it done somehow. Bani just comes in and stares at Jai, while Jigyasa stands behind.



Bani tells Jigyasa that she will give a Divorce to Jai and all his property and wealth will be in her hands and not yours. I will sacrifice my love for Jai for his welfare (Oh Come on Bani!) Jigyasa is just standing calmly as Bani tells Jiggy that tomorrow my divorce with Jai will come through and then all the property will be in my name and you won't be able to get one penny of Jai's wealth! Jigyasa is just grinning to herself and tells herself that there is many a slip between the cup and the lip!



Haila...Jai comes to Bani's room and as she turns to look at him, he tells her cooly that he has signed over all his property, wealth and everything he owns in Bani's name and tomorrow the Divorce will come through and then she can have everything that she wanted. Jai is just standoffish and distant but not rude, while Bani is only staring at him!



Awww....Jai tells pretty coldly to Bani that when my child is born, you will name him / her Krishna because that was my Mother's name! (Love this name, Krishna Walia!) Jai tells Bani that a child needs his / his Mother the most and inspite of the fact that he desperately needs his child, he knows that his baby's welfare will only be with you. (RK rocked in this scene!)



Jigyasa comes and tells Bani that committ in front of Jai that you will put every penny of Jai's money in the child's name, Bani refuses and says that no, the money will be in my name. Jigyasa is grinning now and keeps needling Bani and asks her why isn't she ready to put all her money in her Child's name. As Jigyasa and Bani argue, Jai very cooly stares at Bani and tells her that he trusts Bani and knows that she will use the money only for the child's welfare and not for her own. Bani is shocked and keeps staring at Jai! Pati ho toh aisa!



RK was pretty impressive in the scene, the way he coldly talks to Bani and yet conveys his still lingering affection and love for her and the baby was ably portrayed! Prachi was alright!



Bani and Jigyasa get into a fight and Bani accuses Jigyasa that she tried to kill Jai. Jigyasa is aghast and gets very emotionally charged and tells her that she loves Jai (Oh really???) and she breaks down crying and says that she might want the money for her Children but that doesn't mean she will try to kill her own brother, the brother who has been everything to her. Jigyasa is pretty emotional and cries and keeps saying that she hasn't laid a finger on Jai and can't even think of harming him! Bani looks extremely confused as Jigyasa is really crying now and in between her favourite past time of accusing Bani and her Khandaan, keeps saying that she might hate Bani but she loves Jai! Jiggy is really so confusing!



Bani is picking up the File that Jai had handed over to her and looking all forelone and Pia nad Rano join in! They both ask her where she was and how worried they were! Pia goes to get Juice for Bani and then Pia tells Bani that tomorrow you will get divorced (Itna aasan hai kya?) and that her life will again change from now! Pia tells Bani (Who looks heartbroken and is crying!) that you and Jai are both better off without this relationship and that once you are freed, you can both carry on with your life! Bani is quiet as Pia hugs her!



Jigyasa comes and tells tartily to Dadi, Rano and Raashi that she is happy that finally Bani and Jai are getting Divorced. As Dadi tries to defend Bani, Jigyasa is really nasty about Bani and says that it is Bani who filed a Divorce case and getting alimony. As Jigyasa keeps throwing nasty comments, Pia comes and tries to defend Bani, Jigyasa is extremely nasty to Pia and says that this is my house and you are married to Pushkar and not Jai Walia and you have no business to interfere in the matters of our house or dare to stand in front of me! Jiggy was excellent in this scnene, who the hell is Pia to come and talk anyway?



Dadi comforts Pia and tells her not to feel bad about what Jigyasa said! (Er, I dont' think anything would make Pia feel bad, she is too thick-skinned for that!)


Jai is shown drowing his miseries and tears in Scotch, in his Couch (Uff, he looks really smashing when he does that!) and Bani as usual is crying and packing her stuff! Jai is remembering their marraige while drinking! Their National Anthem plays in the background :

September 20

Rano and Rashi in kitchen...Raashi crying,...saying bani is sufferring coz of me...I want to apologise to bani but I can't get myself to face her...Rano says that if u think u're wrong go n talk to bani she will understand

Bani packing....crying....Rashi comes in...both crying...

Rashi asks for forgivenes...Bani says why ask for my forgiveness...i know what u did was to save u're marriage...she is saying how its a farz(duty) of a girl to care for her family...(hello listen to u're self.......shouldn't u take care of them...stay with them...no no...I'm sorry I forgot...u're doing this to save u're husband's earnings....such a noble cause...phir chahe husband hi na rahe...no problem...the cause is bigger than the person...)

she says that I will never forget u Rashi...u stood by me when I had no one....

ok now they hug...and cry....crying...still crying...(kitna cry karoge...bas karo......)

Jigs aa gayi...Jai in black...(ok now my trance....)

he's sitting in the study scotch glass in hand...no now on his lips.(totally Jaidas mode...but kya killer looks hai yaar......no wonder...I'm still watching the show...)..Jigs is saying i've nevr seen u drink like this(what are u saying...I have...we all have...haan tum us waqt busy thi...flop plans banane mai)....she is saying why ware u giving u're self takleef(sufferring) for a girl who doesn't care for u and u're kid...Jai gets up... she says I will take care of the court case...I will handle it all...u stay at home...

Jai...haai...kya lag raha hai....OH GOD WHAT A LOOK...very very what should I say...its a mixture of hurt...sad...determined...a very strong and steely kindda look...(as usual...I love it...)

Jigs kuch to bol rahi hai...ok ok... i'll tell u..she will handle the court case... she doesn't want Jsi to face the lawyers who will ask stupid questions...I will take care of everything....

Ok now HE has lost iot...he says u take care of it... she say that you don't worry I won't let our family name go bad.....Jai says bani ko kuch nahi honma chahiye court mai...(Jai how can u trust her....u shouldn't have done this...u will repent later...)

Bani is taking her stuff out of the cupboard...the wedding dress..she is crying more and more...remembering her moments with Hunkeshwar(I like this termsuits him veryy well)...she goes to the mirror...remembers old times....sad song ....kasam se palying in the background....

ok the dress is beautiful...so is the one she is wearing... but ye aansu....ufff.....



ok after the break...bani is walking down the stairs...crying...(is it just me...or she's crying tooo much)she looks at a vase...tells tony to always have flowers in it...white lillies... coz Jai got the vase...n he loves the flower-white lillies....

Tony is looking very Slick...(his hair are shining...kya baat hai Tony...u're ma'am is leaving and u...ok I get it ...U're attempt to make her stay back looking at u're new look..good idea...Now if only it would work...)

massi tells bani that no one from the house is coming to the court.,...bani says that I don't want anyone to come...Now massi and bani cry.... she blesses bani...suabhagyawati hoo(I'm not sure about the spelling.... but massi ji..ok later...I have something to say to u in the end...)

Rano comes in... teary eyed...bani goes upto her...Rano is looking nice... blue suits her...

ok now more and more tears....

they hug...bani tells rano not to cry(yeah please...no more tears)...I'm always with u...she tells rano to talke care of her self andf her family(wo teri family bhi to hai..thi ...what ever...)



ok here we go...Pushy waiting outside to get her...(ye kya hai...koi kaam hai isko ya nahi.......he's always there...and now this will create a problem...)

he is taking Bani to the court...

There is someone in a car saying that "his wife has left.,...but he has not come...I'll wait foir him....."(Now who is this ????)

the guy has a picture of Jai in hand(bad ...ugly picture...but yeh kya someone wants to harm Jai...don't u dare u fellow...no matter how upset I might be with him...He has a very strong suraksha kawach...we at IF will hunt u down to the end of the world if u even lay a finger on him)

ok media announcing the divorce case...the sound is sooo loud as if she's talking on a loudspeaker...

Pushy says what I had in mind...he says its as if the media of the country has asembled here...(arreee bhai JAI WALIA ka case hai...so all the attention bhi kam padegi...)

tarun aaa gaya ....finally in a lawyers uniform....who is he representing????

he tells Bani that Jai has already signed the divorce papers...he tellls her that she will be free from Jai and his name...her relationship...he addresses her as Bani Dixit...teels her what are u waiting for...thinking about how u will spend his wealth...(he has a veryu sarcastic tone......I don't blame him...but my dear u will soon regret this ....)

Jigs and Ranveer bhi aa gaye...

Pushy bhi aa gaya peeche se...

Ok now I have a verryyy bad feeling...

Jigs is smiling...evil smile....please god please....not what I think should happen.....



ok Tarun is repersenting Bani...he tells the judge that Jai is ready to give her the divorce...he's giving her all the alimony....

he says that its a mutual Divorce...

Pia is present in the court...(looking so very lost....)

Jigs is smiling...not really smiling...but has a look...(and I'm scared )

ok somene comes in ....asks the judge to wait....

every one turns around to see him....(as if its a hero...a good looking hunk for whose glimpse everyone turns around...)

KAun hai yeh...

footsteps dikha rahe hain...ok he's a new guy...I've seen him somewhere...but where....some serial...or some place...sorry naam nahi pata....he's Jai's lawyer.... Jigs has sent him...she's tooo happy

Tarum is shocked...

bani too...Pia three...pushy four...so in short all are shocked...

this guy says that Jai wants to fight the case as he has got some evidence against Bani....

these evidences prove that bani had an extra marital affair...

Bani is disgusted.

September 21

At the court, so-called Jai's lawyer gives judge the pictures Ranveer took of Bani and Pushkar. The lawyer says that Bani had a relationship with Pushkar even after marriage!

Meanwhile at home, Jai is sitting in his room in the Jaidas mode and listening to the live news of his divorce case. He listens to the news reporters update about Bani's relationship with Pushkar. Jai simply hears this and walks out of the room expressionless.

In the court, Bani promises to speak the truth by placing her hand on the Geeta. She is shown her's and Pushkar's picture in the Motel and the Jai's lawyer starts accusing her about the relationship! "How long do you know Pushkar from…..what is the relationship between you two?" Bani replies with, "Pushkar is my younger sister's husband!" He further asks what was she doing in the Motel room alone with Pushkar after having a fight with Jai in the party? The lawyer tells the court that Mrs. Bani Walia has joined with a company which is against Jai's business. He also says this was all a plan from the very beginning! Bani loved Pushkar but married the rich Jai Walia just because of money!...Mr. Lawyer ji, for your kind information Jai was supposed to marry Pia. Bani had to marry him because of her young sister's betrayal at the last moment!!😡

Finally, Pushkar cannot bear the blame anymore and hollers, "Yeh saab jhoot hai. Mein aur Bani sirf achhe dost hai, aur kuch bhi nahi!" The judge politely asks him to step in the witness box and continue with what he wants to say. Pushkar further goes on with, "This is absolute crap….Whatever the lawyer is saying is not the truth, your honor. Bani and myself are ONLY friends. Bani wasn't feeling well, so I took her to the nearest motel and asked them to inform a doctor!" The lawyer interrupts with asking why didn't he call up Bani's family members even when he did have their numbers? "Bani did not need her family, but she needed the doctor the most at that time!!" But the kharoos lawyer denies this statement and continues abusing Bani-Pushkar's relationship! Finally (jab moon dukhne laga😉) the lawyer says that's it from him…..but only to be interrupted by our favorite Jai Walia!😳Jai says very calmly, "Lekin mein abhi khatam nahi hua hoon. Mujhe kooch kehena hai."

Firstly, he asks to see the pictures of Bani and Pushkar….enquiring them very closely. He starts off his statement, "Bani and I are getting the divorce because we don't love each other….he always hated one another. But as time passed, I thought we seemed to be getting closer. Unfortunately, that's wasn't true. But still today, after hearing all the accusations on Bani, I am ready to give her divorce and the 50% alimony claimed she asked for. Because no matter what the circumstances say, I know Bani and Pushkar are only good friends. I know that Bani can never go against the rule of a marriage, because she loves her child…she cares about her child! My soul can never doubt Bani's integrity….no matter what happens!! It's was unfortunate for me that Bani never loved me. But whoever she loves, he's the luckiest person in the world. Because not only he gets Bani and her love, but her vishwas, her truthfulness!"....That was a superb monologue Jai!👏....Bani, apne pati se kuch sikho. Agar uske moon par nahi kehe sakthi toh at least indirectly toh kehedo ki you love him goddamit!!

Jai adds on, "Your honor, whatever my lawyer said was wrong. I am ready to give Bani the divorce and the 50% alimony. I am sorry on behalf of my lawyer for saying the false statements….I talk all of them back."

Jai-Bani share an eye locking session while the judge gives his part…."By listening to Mr. Walia's statements, this court decides to continue with the divorce case as well as the 50% alimony claim. The court is adjourned"

Everyone leaves but our two love-birds are still lost in each other's eyes. A few moments after Jai snaps back into reality and exits the court. God, how hot can a man look…there has to be a limit yaar!!😳

Tarun comes up to Jigyasa and asks why did she interrupt with what Jai wants to give Bani? Jigyasa can't tolerate this kind of a question and says that a few girls who came in her brother's life for just a few days….how can she watch them have her brother's whole life effort? How can she see her brother's life going down the drain? Tarun adding on says, "Even I don't understand still why Jai wants to give Bani his 50% property. But I feel it's good that Bani will be out of Jai's life now. And Jigyasa, if you really love your brother that much, then let him be." Jigyasa now frustrated, "I'm not that mahan that I can forgive anyone just like that. I will see how that Bani gets even a penny of my brother's property! I will see…the great Jigyasa!!"…..she made a complete fool out of herself in this scene!

Jai is shown deep in thought when Pia comes from behind and interrupts him. She asks if she can spend time with Jai to make him comfortable. But Jai has enough of her and says, "I don't want anyone's company. I am fine alone. As always, I will decide on which path I want to walk on! I don't need you….I don't need anybody!"

Bani is also lost in thought when Pushkar says there is a lot of media people in the front. He will get the car and meet her at the back side. And agrees and walks in lost thought again. She feels a bit dizzy and stumbles. With much effort, she asks for the washroom and proceeds. While she is taking a drink, she over-hears a man in a burka talking on the phone, "Uski biwi yahan par hai. Aaj hospital mein shaam mo paanch baje ayega. Tab attack karne ke liye theek hai!" Bani is in complete shock…she can't believe what she just heard!
