Hospital
Bani is in the hospital in Rano's room with Pia and the doc comes and tells that Rano is recovering well and that she can be discharged in a day. Just then an attendant comes in and tells Bani that someone has come to meet her. Bani goes out and is shocked to see the Police there, who tells her that there has been a complaint lodged against her for theft of 1 lakh rupees. Bani is shocked, she tells the Police that she doesn't know what they are talking about and that her sister has just had an operation and how can she come with them. The police insist on her coming to the station, Bani goes inside and makes an excuse of going to work and goes off to the Police Station.
Police Station
Ranveer is sitting there and accuses Bani of stealing the money that he had sent over to get deposited. Bani is first astounded, then furious and tells Ranveer that just because she is in need of money does not mean that she will steal it. Ranveer tells the Police that she is just acting innocent and that she be immediately taken into custody. Just then Puskhar comes in and says that he already has the anticipatory bail for Bani, Ranveer is stunned while Bani is also taken aback. Ranveer says to Pushkar that he will have to answer Jai Uncle for this, Puskar is not affected and says that he doesn't have to worry about Jai Uncle, he will do the answering if required.
Pushkar's Car
The next scene shows Pushkar and Bani driving towards the hospital and Bani is overcome with gratitude and asks him how did he know about her being arrested. Pushkar says that he was with Jai Sir, when Ranveer had told him about Bani being involved in the theft of the money and knowing Ranveer, Pushkar had anticipated that he will do something sneaky and underhanded to land Bani in trouble. Pushkar says that growing up without a Father and with such people has prepared him to think for the best and be prepared for the best! Bani is very glad and tries to thank him for the balance payment that she assumes he had made in the Hospital, when Pushkar cuts her short by saying that she is too formal and what he did was his duty as a friend.
Ranveer's Cabin
The next scene shows Pushkar going to Ranveer's cabin which is full of idols of Ganesha and incense buring! Pushkar comes and sits on a chair opposite Ranveer and starts eating a burger, Ranveer is furious and asks him what is he doing here. Pushkar in his cool way tells him that he better start respecting his employees if he wants anyone else to respect him. Ranveer says that Jai will be very furious if he comes to know that Pushkar has supported Bani, Puskhar says that it is between him and Jai to sort out and that come what, he will prove Bani innocent in the next 24 hrs. Pushkar gives a cute smile and goes out of the room leaving Ranveer fuming with rage.
Outhouse
Pia is getting Rano's discharge papers ready and flirts with a few really hideous looking doctors to get her job done easily! Bani and Pia get Rano home and also appoint a nurse to look after her. Pia tells Bani that she has to go out somewhere and that she will be back soon, Bani asks her where is she going, Pia fumbles and says that she is going to apply for some fashion designing course.
Bani is sorting out some papers and is very engrossed when Pushkar comes in and cheers her. Bani is very happy and thanks him for settling the balance amount of the hospital. Pushkar is taken aback and tells her that there is some confusion and that he hasn't paid any balance amount. It suddenly strikes Bani that Pia's behaviour was a little strange and it hits upon her that she had taken the modeling assignment to pay the balance amount. Bani is not in a situation to speak and manages to tell Pushkar to go and meet Rano while she will be back in a moment. She goes outside where the security tells her that Pia has just taken a taxi to Bandra. Bani comes inside the home looking very worried while Pushkar leaves. Bani searches Pia's clothes where she finds the business card of the advertisement consultant and she decides to go there.
Advertisement Agency
Bani lands in the Office only to find a depressed looking Pia going through her photographs, Pia is shocked to see Bani and breaks down crying. Bani tells her that despite all that their parents taught them, why did she do such a thing. Pia cries and says that they needed the money urgently and she thought this was the only option. Pia says that she has not done anything wrong and she will never let her Bani down and she loves them so much that she can do anything for her sisters. Bani says that she is feeling guilty that inspite of being elder, Pia had to take the responsibility of arranging the money. Pia says it hardly matters, they are all together and they will always be together. Pia tells Bani that she wants to pursue modeling, Bani protests initially but gives in to her when Pia assures her that she will never do anything against her values.
Outhouse
Pia and Bani reach home and are stunned to see Jigs feeding Rano with fruits and juice and telling her to take care of herself. Bani and Pia are so stunned that they keep staring at Jigs who also stares back at them!

Looking forward – To see ''Werewolf Walia'' telling Bani that she can get lost if she wants to, he cares doesn't care a penny for her!
