Seems like Rano is the only smart cookie in WM inspite of Jigs and Massi being present. She quickly put two and two together and figured that Bani must be preggers😃 It was really good of her to share her opinions with Bani and then take her to the doc as well and cover up her tracks. Bani should not worry unecessarily. I think Jai wil go crazy with happiness once he finds out that his wifey is pregnant.
