i think he has forgot many things about his childhood ! i think it's somehow normal as we don't remember many things from our childhood . But if we try so hard to remember sth about someone or about an incident we get slowly some flashbacks . Rishi saw them after being beaten by that boxer. I think the director wanted us to think that by these punches he saw some anarchic pics which he can't remember of what they're. And it is always accompanied with a headache.
