Please just can someone just give the updates to kareena kareena because I only rely on the updates cuz don't have cable right now 😭.so plz

If you are requesting for United States updates, please refer to the U.K. updates. Just keep in mind that the Thursday episodes in U.K. airs on the following Sunday in the U.S. If you want a more detailed description, please refer to Sums's updates. Just be sure to look at the date two weeks back. (The Thursday in India and Sunday in U.S. still apply).

Today's episode in India (August 9) will air in the U.S. 14 days later (August 23). In case I miss an episode in the U.S., I follow up with Sums's updates, which are realy well written that almost scripts the show out without having to watch it.
