You never know after all the serial does have the tag line Kahani Mein Twist! So perhaps somewhere down the line these two may end up together, I don't want that to happen but it may!

I hope Kareena and Tushar get together, after all this all time she loved him only.

Prem was never honest with his feeling to Kareena, but he tried to trick her as well to gain his love.
