nothing will happen to Samar - he may not have BT some chaal to seperate Sam-Gauri or even if he has some operation and Duaaa's will make him allright.

It's possible that this might Vivaan's trap.
Samar might not want to tell his Dad /Gauri about his condition. Coz he doesn't want them to get sad, suffer or what ever. (U know just like typical drama way)
& he may tell to Vivaan bout everything and entrust all his business to him.Take care of his family and the business or whatevr…❓
